Perfect Location

This property is in an amazing location. The back porch overlooks Wonderland Lake and has access to the trail just a few doors down. Mt. Sanitas is right behind the home as well It is minutes from downtown Boulder and about 45 minutes from denver, Rocky mountain national park, and Brainard Lake. This made it perfect for our family vacation. We were able to do all the outdoor stuff and the big city things in one trip. The house was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described.

What a view!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, yet comfortable, home. The highlight was the covered patio - the shade made being outdoors enjoyable even on hot summer days. Our group ranged in age from 1 to 75 and we had plenty of space to both spread out and enjoy meals and games together. Communication with the management company was top notch and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Thanks for a great experience in Boulder!

Wonderful home with beautiful mountain view

My husband and I traveled from South Carolina to Colorado for our son's wedding in November and we loved staying in this beautiful home with other family members. The house was very spacious with many floor to ceiling windows from which we could see Wonderland Lake and a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was very well stocked and the large wooden dining table easily sat all nine of us. The location was perfect... just a short drive into downtown Boulder for some pre-wedding events our son and his fiancee had organized for their wedding guests to have fun fellowship time together. We also really enjoyed walking on the Wonderland trail right behind the house. A herd of deer would wander through our backyard in the mornings. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay in this home again!

From the moment you arrive at the house, you are impressed by how big, bright, and well-built it is. The views from this house are spectacular. Additionally, it is very spacious, and the game area, along with the fact that there are two TVs (one in the living room and another in the game area), allows the family to enjoy and spend more time together.The kitchen is incredibly large, spacious, and comfortable, making it ideal for three or four people to cook or engage in activities together. The game room is very well equipped, as is the Internet, which covers the entire house and its surroundings.One excellent detail was that the kitchen was fully stocked. It seemed like items had been added over time, and previous travelers had also left things. As a symbolic gesture of our wonderful stay, we left a pair of high-quality children’s boots.The house is very safe and prepared to withstand low temperatures and strong winds. However, the sound of the wind can be intense for those who are not used to it, although in our case, it only lasted 24 hours.We found the location of the house ideal, as there are two mountains nearby for skiing, but it is also very close to downtown and some shops in case you need anything.The hot water and all services are very stable, and everything is well-maintained and clean. Plus, you will see a lot of wildlife around. Every morning while having breakfast, we saw rabbits.I highly recommend this house for a large family visiting Colorado
