About this property
Stunning views, entire mtn home w/hot tub up to 12
Views so stunning, we say you can see Wyoming on a clear day! You’ll love the peace and serenity; my favorite way to start the day is coffee in the outdoor hot tub. The top floor Master Suite features a queen four post log bed and huge jacuzzi tub. Bottom floor is a separate entrance 1 bedroom apt with full kitchen (inside staircase to main house). Two bedrooms & full bath on 2nd floor. 10 minutes to north Boulder, 1 hour to Rocky Mtn Ntnl Park! NOTE: No fire pit, A/C is only in the bedrooms and dining room.
The space The views are stunning. Stunning. Did I forget to say stunning? One hour from Eldora Ski Area, 2 hours from Breckenridge, A-Basin, Winter Park, Copper Mountain. 1 hour from Estes Park, gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. New hardwood floors and carpet. Well appointed kitchen with all appliances including coffee maker, espresso maker and frother, we take coffee seriously lol!. Please feel free to use spices, condiments, etc.
Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and fenced yard excepting the garage (although you can enter the garage to toss garbage & recyclables).
Other things to note Garbage service is Tuesday morning. If you are in the house then, please take the garbage and recycle bins to the end of the driveway by 10am. THANK YOU!
Snow shoveling is NOT provided. Driveway is level and south facing, melts quickly with the sun.
Bedrooms and beds: Four bedrooms with queen beds (sleeps 8). Bedroom 2 has a futon couch/double bed (sleeps 2). The apartment living room has a daybed, with a trundle bed that springs up to create a king bed or two twins with real mattresses (sleeps 2).
We have hard water. This means there are some stains where lime is removed - for example, on some faucets, around bathtub drains. The hard water can also leave whitish streaks on dishes, and slightly cloud glasses. This is not dirt; the items are clean.
In the hot tub, minerals can precipitate out of the water. It looks like a grayish dust on the bottom on in the seats. NO GLASS at the hot tub please.
House is on a septic system, so PLEASE put food scraps in the garbage, not down the garbage disposal.
No outside fires of any kind are allowed. Boulder County is often in a fire ban situation.
Covid19: We have a professional cleaner that cleans before you arrive. They take great care to make sure you are arriving at a clean, safe space.

I like to say on a clear day you can see Wyoming! Spectacular view since the house sits atop a ridge looking north up the Front Range. And yet, just 10 minutes from north Boulder, 20 to downtown, 30 to the university.
