Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Guest will turn off TV, Aircon and lights when checking out to help conserve energy and keep pollutants down. Leave the condo keys & RFID at the front desk.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest has to provide a valid I.D. for verification to property manager to facilitate check in by the Seibu Front Desk Receptionist.

Our second bed is a sofa bed in the living room. It is right in front of the TV. Please let us know if you would prefer the sofa bed to be setup.
