The apartment is on the first floor (1 set of stairs) of a 19th century building and has a private balcony with views of the village and the sea. Modern amenities include air-conditioning, Wireless Internet, Cable TV with English channels, CD stereo system. Shops, cafés and restaurants are just steps away and the sandy beach is an easy 10-minute walk. The nearby rail station and bus stop offer easy access to Nice, Eze, Monaco and beyond.

This apartment is located in a premier location in the old village of Villefranche-sur-Mer. In 2008 it underwent a complete renovation to a high standard along with continued upgrades during the past 10 years. Fully air conditioned with controls in each room. 40" (100cm) HDTV, new fridge/freezer, fully fitted kitchen, new mattresses in 2019 & 2020.
