Are you looking for a peaceful and tranquil holiday destination with a breathtaking view?
Including a generous garden overlooking a UNESCO Natural Heritage site (the Vorderrhein Gorge)?
Small larch-panelled Bijou located on the outskirts of Trin (15 min to Chur, 7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax).
This special studio includes a sleeping loft, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace, and is purposely devoid of WiFi and TV.
The flat has 2 beds (140 cm each), making it suitable for 2-4 persons (max. 2 adults and 2 children)
Ability to climb stairs and ladders is a prerequisite.
NO pets or dogs allowed - the ladders and structure of the flat makes it highly unsuitable!

Perfekter Ort für eine Auszeit

Superschöne Wohnsituation mit tollem Bergblick
Die Wohnung ist ganz neu hergerichtet, es ist deutlich, dass die Besitzer das ehemalige, alte Gebäude sorgfältig beachtet haben und sich der Tradition verpflichtet fühlen. So wurden bewusst regionale Materialien wieder verwendet, gleichzeitig aber alles auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Ungewöhnlich ist der Zugang über eine Holzluke mit Steingegengewicht, daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Der Wohnraum besticht durch sein Panoramafenster zur Bergwelt und der Rheinschlucht hin, dadurch ist der Raum auch schön hell. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig dimensioniert, mit vielen wertvollen Dingen bestückt. Gemütlich ist der Tischplatz, aber auch der Lesesessel, ein eingesessenes Designerstück. Wichtig ist der Hinweis, dass sich die beiden Doppelbetten auf einer Art Galerie befinden, zu der man eine einfache, aber zuverlässige Leiter (nicht Treppe!) hochsteigt. Oben ist es genauso natürlich-schlicht, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad befindet sich auf der Wohnebene und ist von der gleichen einfachen Eleganz. Richtig gemütlich wird es, wenn der Holzofen eingeheizt wird, Holz und Anzünder werden sogar gestellt. Die Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan und sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als Mieter der FeWo darf man die natürlich gestaltete Terrasse bei einem kleinen Garten mitbenutzen, von dort ist der Ausblick ins Hinter- und ins Vorderrheintal noch großartiger. Die Wohnung liegt total ruhig, trotzdem sind es nur wenige Fußminuten zum Dorfplatz mit Laden, Bankautomat, Briefkasten und Postautostation. Die Anbindung in Richtung Chur und zum Skigebiet Flims ist sehr gut. Es gibt tolle Wandermöglichkeiten direkt von der Wohnung aus.
