Beautifully renovated corner unit, large windows, historic building, high ceilings, walk-in closet, a lot of storage.
New floors, unique clawfoot bathtub refurbished, new fixtures, new fan in the bedroom/living room area. Queen size bed with gel foam memory hybrid mattress, and a couch/bed for a guest.
Stove, refrigerator, epoxy countertops, kitchen table in the living/dining area, retractable table, office desk. Micro-wave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and spices. Laundry in the building.
Parking is pretty easy during the day or montly parking nearby. Easy public transportation.
