1-1/2-bedroom 1 bath apartment, upper apartment., 1st bedroom queen bed, 36-inch smart tv window air conditioner, dresser drawers
2nd room has a twin-size loft bedroom.
24-inch smart tv, dresser and fan. It’s a small room. Living room has sofa that makes into double bed, ,42-inch smart tv. Full kitchen with all amenities, apt is updated and very. Nice. Apt was built in 1940, the apt sleeps 4 adults 1child comfortably. There are stairs going into apt. 2 front door 1st door downstairs 2door upstairs lock box. Parking is pretty easy during the day nights can be tuff you might have to drive a couple blocks. Please don’t ding me for that, it’s street parking and I have no control. Walking distance to beach 2nd St, Beach. There is extra linen, towels blankets. we are pet friendly also

Home away from home

The apt was as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable. They made great use of space with the loft for the half bedroom. The owners were gracious and responsive. The apt is walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. I would stay here again.

The Baby Shower

Came for the shower. Beautiful weather. Short walk to the beach, grocery shopping, and Second Street with plenty of restaurants and boutiques. Quiet. Nice neighborhood. Apartment was well appointed, Had everything I needed.

Great host

Property manager was great to deal with. There was a mix up on arrival date on my part. She easily worked it out, was pleasant and responded quickly to my panicked email.The place was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Walking distance (a few bocks) to beach, restaurants and shops. Great place!

Lovely

It’s a nice place with a lovely decoration inside, we loved the space and had great time there. The only issue that we had was finding a place to park because is really hard to find a spot.

Very nice location

Everything was great from check in to check out. Very clean and very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants was about 10 minutes. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

The apartment is so cute and super convenient for walking-- the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. The apartment was quiet, well laid out, and had everything we needed for three adults and a baby to have a marvelous time. Parking was challenging at times, so carpool, drive or smallest car, and be prepared to walk.

Excellent Location in Long Beach & Super Cute Too

I stayed here with my daughter, her husband and their son (14). The location was ideal for walking to the beach, getting some groceries, or shopping on Second Street. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, relax, watch TV, or play a game together. Would definitely stay again! Oh, and very clean.

Beach vaca with my daughter

The location and apartment was perfect for my and my daughter's beach get away! It is an easy walk to the beach and to the grocery store, we also discovered a delicious little pizza place within walking distance. We didn't need a car, just took an Uber one day to the outlet mall.

Belmont Heights

We booked this property as we used to live right down the street! It was a lovely stay and property! It felt like I was home again. The host was very quick to reply to any messages I had sent her. If you aren't familiar with this area, this is the place to be! Walking distance to everything you need on 2nd and Broadway. I missed this slice of paradise!

Great location close to beach and shopping

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, perfect size for 2 adults. We could walk to the beach or 2nd Street in 2 minutes, making the location ideal. Parking was a little annoying but not impossible. Kitchen had all the essentials but bring absolutely everything you need for cooking ingredients.

No response from owner - couldn't check in!

Drove hours to this listing as we're not locals. Booked this listing well ahead as we were in town for a wedding. Host said she would send us check in details closer to check in time. Check in time was 4:00 PM and we called and texted the host for the next several hours with no response and then spent another 2 hours on the phone with VRBO trying to figure out last minute housing elsewhere. We had a toddler in the back car seat who was done sitting in a car for so long. It was a nightmare! To also add, due to the last minute booking and availability issues for the hotels, we had to spend 5x the cost for two rooms, a ridiculous rate. Ruined the wedding weekend. Thank you for reading and letting us vent.

Our original location that we booked had an issue close to our stay. The host was great in getting another spot for us on s short notice. We were right on the beach and had a great time! The house was clean and the neighborhood was amazing. Thank you!

We weren't able to stay in the location we originally booked due to the owners having had an unforeseen issue, but the owner took care to locate us somewhere else.

Great location and customer service

At first, we had a few unavoidable hiccups, but Tracey went above and beyond to make up for them. She made us feel welcome and taken care of. We didn't get to stay in this unit, but the one she put us in was great and in the same wonderful neighborhood.
