BEDROOM 3 - Tucked Away
This bedroom is located in the basement with two full size beds. The linens for the sleeper sofa are in kept in this room.

BATHROOM 1 - Pretty in Pink
Just off the living room on the main floor is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, and makeup remover towels.

BATHROOM 2 - Monochrome Mix Up
In the basement, there is another full bathroom full bathroom (with a shower, no bathtub). This bathroom is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, and makeup remover towels.

We had a great stay in Westwood. We had a group of three families in town for a wedding. The house has plenty of amenities you including coffee, bath wash, shampoo, etc. the location is great, we visited blue sushi for happy hour which is a quick walk and conroys for a late night drink. Both were great. The house is noisy, other reviews have mentioned it…but there’s a sound machine that helped a lot. I’d definitely recommend this for a stay!

Perfect House in Kansas City to Stay in

The home was quiet, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our stay. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels. The host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth, hassle-free experience. The shuffleboard was a big hit, and the outdoor deck made for a great hangout spot to relax and unwind.

Awesome Location and Host

This is an amazing location is a very nice neighborhood with 5 star amenities and comfort. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. We loved our stay and would recommend this location as a GREAT PLACE to stay. We plan to be back to KC and hope to stay here again.

Lovely home!

We were here while my husband had a heart procedure done at St. Luke's Hospital. We appreciated the closeness of the hospital and to Joe's KC BBQ! The host answered my questions quickly and clearly. The house itself was clean and inviting! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck as well.

Gorgeous cottage

This home was built in the 1940’s but doesn’t feel like an old home with a lot of wear and tear. Eclectic and beautifully designed with guests in mind. Comfortable beds, even the hide-a-bed. Very clean, including every sheet, towel and corner of the bathroom floors. Communication with the host was clear and straightforward.

Perfect stay for our visit to KC

We visited for a family wedding and this home was conveniently located for all that we did. We walked to a pub for lunch. We traveled a few minutes by car to Joe's KC Barbecue which was awesome. We traveled a few minutes by car to Walmart for our groceries. The home was less than 15 minutes by car to the Plaza and the wedding venue. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the home was well appointed.

Overall the house was cute and nice. It is an older home that is updated, so keep that in mind when booking as the upstairs bathroom is very small with no space to store things. Also- very important to keep in mind when booking with a larger group- the people that are in the downstairs bedroom will NOT sleep until everyone upstairs has gone to bed. The wood floorboards are the loudest, squeakiest floorboards you have ever heard and no amount of sound machines can drown out the noise. It sounds like elephants upstairs and it took my toddler two hours to fall asleep. The downstairs bathroom is nicely updated, and the small garage gym and shuffleboard were appreciated. The home is in a nice area and felt very safe. Overall, I would probably choose a larger home when staying with 6 adults and a toddler, but it worked out.

We loved the house. We could tell you really put some thought into the decor. It was very clean and we appreciated using the washer/dryer and the detergent and softener you provided as well. We were concerned with the bathroom upstairs. There was mold around the tub and in the window seal. The window seal didn’t look great with the paint flaking off and the mold. There was one of the dining chairs that looked like the cane is breaking so we didn’t use that. Everything else was great! Thank you for sharing.
