We really enjoyed staying at this Beautiful house and playing/relaxing on the lake. Checking in was very smooth and Alex was very helpful. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Great spot.

The house was way bigger than I expected, well taken care of and clean, Alex was very responsive which I appreciate. I would stay at another property he owns/manages. Thanks!

Beware

This was a two night stay with 7 men celebrating our 60th birthdays. We played golf at Chambers Bay Golf Club. We are seasoned travelers and have rented VRBO's hundreds of times between all of us and are very respectful people. We were all disappointed with the property for multiple reasons. We should have reached out to the Host to fix some of the issues but this was a two night stay and none of us wanted to have that distraction so we lived with the shortcomings. The property was not in great shape and does not include basic essentials like kitchen towels or a wine opener. There were many problems with the house too including the TV on the main floor didnt work, the kitchen cabinets don't have springs and could slam down on you. If they have a microwave, none of us could figure it out. However, my biggest issue is getting charged 150 for moving the basement couch on a tile floor slightly (see picture the host sent). Again, we didn't want to watch tv in the basement but we couldn't get the upstairs tv to work. I would include several other issues we encountered but not worth my time. I politely asked the host to not charge me 150 but he refused. I would be very careful renting from this host as the property is overpriced and the host is looking to charge additional fees. By the way, this is the first time I have left a negative review. I love VRBO and have always had positive experiences and so have my friends.

We have done our very best to communicate with you prior and during your arrival, we were happy to accommodate your request for early check in at no additional cost. We have provided explicit property rules, part of the property rules, “no moving furniture around the houses”, this rule has been violated, as the result we had to call for need it assistance to restore furniture in its original space, our cost was passed to you. During your stay we did not received any notices where TV on a main did not worked. TV on a main floor does work, and we had no complaints from guest prior or after your stay.
