We believe luxury is found in the details. Your arrival is marked by a selection of the region’s finest: Artisan local coffee, hand-bathed truffles, farm-fresh eggs, and small-batch jam. Positioned perfectly for the discerning traveler, you are moments from the world-class viticulture of Seneca Lake and the dramatic gorges of the State Park, yet completely insulated in your own private world.

Reservation Standards

To preserve the serenity and exclusivity of the home, we adhere to the following:

-Total Privacy: Only the two registered guests are permitted on the grounds. No exceptions.


-Climate & Comfort: Thoughtful climate control with AC (during the summer months) and ceiling fans throughout. Please note our seasonal propane fireplace provides warmth from late September through May.


-Canine Guests: We welcome one exceptionally well-behaved, house-trained dog (subject to approval and a $30/night fee). We ask that our antique furnishings remain a pet-free zone.
To protect the vintage upholstery, we ask that your companion stays off all furniture and is crated when you are sleeping or out exploring.


Guest Expectations & House Integrity

Exclusive Occupancy To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and water chemistry for our private hot tub and sauna, occupancy is strictly limited to the two guests named on the reservation. Our spa amenities are precision-balanced for two; as such, we cannot permit outside visitors or additional guests on the property at any time. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this retreat a private, pristine sanctuary.

The Experience: Professional-Grade Halotherapy & Deep Relaxation To further elevate your wellness journey, we invite you to enjoy unlimited access to our Second-Floor Salt Suite. This sanctuary features our Halo (Salt) Booth and our Heated Hand & Foot Detox Domes.

While you detoxify, you will be seated in a locally custom-made wine barrel Adirondack chair, designed for both beauty and comfort. To complete the experience, the chair is fitted with a massage pad, providing a therapeutic treatment for your back and neck while the domes provide soothing warmth to your extremities.
