Extremely clean property. Was in a good location in the country but a very short distance to Wabash. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were spotless and roomy. It was great to have washer & dryer. Living room furniture was very comfortable.

I am originally from the Philippines. I met my husband through a dating site in 2008 and joined him here on July 7, 2009. and we got married on September 19, 2009, in Las Vegas, Nevada
Why they chose this property
The owner was selling it and listed a phone number, so my husband called immediately, and we agreed on the price. We bought it and tore down the old house. We then decided to put in a brand new double-wide home and rent it out in the short term.

The property is in the country, surrounded by corn and bean fields and a beautiful Indiana sunset in the summer.
