A beautiful rustic glam style home with lush landscaping and your own private swimming pool awaits you, your family & friends. This house sits on the property with The Chandelier of Gruene, a beautiful wedding & events venue. When the house is not being used for weddings and special events it's available for you you, your family and friends. A hidden jewel in the Texas Hill Country, only five minutes from historic Gruene and tubing on the Guadalupe & Comal rivers. The décor is rustic glam, with every room having a beautiful Texas limestone wall. Recent renovations include granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, ceramic tile in all showers, new washer/dryer and new decor throughout home. Ample parking on private grounds, surrounded by large beautiful oak trees. The entry doors lead into a large open family room and kitchen with large comfy furnishings, a shuffleboard table, lovely vaulted ceilings and a crystal chandelier. Indoor dining for 14 including a large table for the family to gather around and the serve through kitchen and bar. The house can sleep 14 comfortably with four bedrooms, one nook and a bonus room. The master has a king bed. The remaining three bedrooms have queen beds. The nook has a full size bed and the bonus room has a queen sleeper sofa, a full size futon. and a queen bed. There are four bathrooms. One large master bath, one bedroom has its own private bath and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom in between. There is a also a bathroom off the utility room between the kitchen and bonus room. The coolest part of all is the converted garage (bonus room) which opens up to the back patio and private pool and has a huge TV and a man cave look! Flat screen TVs, ROKU TV & internet. Unwind on the large front porch with handmade furniture and porch swing, a quiet place to relax and enjoy the wildlife and a beautiful view of the quaint chapel. French doors from the master bedroom and french doors from the living area lead you to the spacious back porch and patio where you can gather round the fire ring or play dominoes or cards on tables that were handmade, while others can enjoy the pool. Enjoy a day of fun on the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Lots of shopping to enjoy in downtown New Braunfels, Creekside Shopping area, Historic Gruene and the San Marcos Outlet Malls. After a day of fun in the sun or shopping come home to your own private oasis away from the crowds. Nightlife? Your literally minutes from Gruene with wonderful restaurants and Gruene Hall for a little two steppin'! Downtown New Braunfels is thriving with great restaurants and bars as well. And YES, Uber comes here! Want to spend a quiet evening away from the hustle and bustle?
