The 9000 sqft Big HAUS is nestled on 18 acres, at the edge of rural Weiss Rd.
Although only .8mi from I-35, the property is quiet and void of highway noise.

In addition, the property sits only .5mi from the world renowned Texas Ski Ranch, 4mi from the second largest Bu-Cees station and 6.3mi from the historic Gruene, TX, which offers music shopping, tubing, food, etc.
