The Villa is a gated Mediterranean style house with a large pool and a layout that lends itself to entertaining while also providing seclusion for those guests wishing to get some quiet time. With a blend of gorgeous italian architecture and beautiful, authentic western art, this home truly is one of a kind. Also, we have two bikes, one adult small, and one large bike allow you to take advantage of the many miles of riverside bike paths that are only a block away!

It was difficult to tell from the pictures that the only access to the upstairs, where the living area and kitchen were, was via one of two spiral staircases. While there, we had a situation with ants and roaches, particularly in the kitchen and laundry room. The number of hand towels and washcloths, as well as toilet paper, were inadequate for the number of guests. The host did remedy that by delivering some just purchased hand towels and washcloths fresh from Walmart, but unwashed with tags still on them. The cleanliness was less than desirable with cobwebs in bedroom corners and on lights. The pool was also very cloudy on our arrival and only cleared a bit while we were there. The hot tub was tiny. We will not be staying there again.

We absolutely loved staying at this Italian Villa! It was cozy, spacious, clean, well-equipped and very well decorated. We all loved it! It truly feels like an escape to Italy with this backyard. 10/10 would recommend and we plan to return!

This is a beautiful villa! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that our group of 6 had plenty of room to congregate or spread out. The patio was lovely but due to equipment malfunction the pool and hot tub were too cold to use. We still spent a lot of time there. The host, Linden was phenomenal. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the home and artwork.

Mae's Midtown Villa

Host was very nice. Home was great with a lot of historic significance in an amazing neighborhood right next to The Gathering Place. House setup is a little unique and noise travels since it is an older house. However it worked fine for us. We could have fit our family of six in the master bedroom

Beautiful Villa

This beautiful villa is very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The owner is very good with communicating. If you have any questions or concerns, he gets back to you really quickly. Plenty of parking, for those people traveling with multiple people.

Beautiful neighborhood and community

We enjoyed our two night stay in Tulsa. The neighborhood felt very safe. The pool was a little chilly, but that was to be expected given the weather. Linden is a great host. We especially appreciated the extra water bottles. It was a kind gesture.
