1 bedroom/1 bath fully furnished walk out basement apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood with walking trails nearby.

Unit includes a kitchenette, dining room area, living room, and a separate entrance, patio, and section of the yard. The kitchenette includes a stove top burner, instant pot, air fryer and convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, and spacious fridge.

A private washer and dryer is located just outside the unit in the shared gym area. Access to the gym is included, which is complete with weightlifting equipment and an elliptical.

Pet friendly with a $200 refundable pet deposit (on VRBO it shows as a pet fee).

Not pictured, but included are black out curtains, patio furniture, and closet rods.

Short term rental with a month-to-month lease. 1 month stay minimum. 6 month stay maximum, with possibility of extending for the right fit.

Great Place to Stay

This unit was very clean, well equipped, and offers plenty of privacy. Parking is easy and convenient and the apartment is bright and spacious. Friendly and flexible owners helped make this a great place to stay.

The property is very clean. The hosts were always available in accommodating. The living room was separate from the bedroom area which gave us to distinct areas to enjoy.

Loveland Stay

We stayed here while house hunting in the area. Loved the private entrance. There’s a fenced off area our dog was able to roam around in. The apartment had all the essentials you would need, cooking wise & bath wise.

The house could not be more perfect! So welcoming I’m so very kind. The place was perfect. I was relocating from another state and doing that with a talk was very difficult. This home was so accommodating and so perfect if you’ve got a pet.
