Villa Oyal is located a 10-minute walk from Alsancak village center. Its elevated position above the village offers both privacy and outstanding mountain and sea views. The fenced front and rear garden, private parking area, and private pool make for a relaxed experience. Upstairs there is a large communal terrace and private balcony to one of the rooms. Newly completed in 2024, the house is fully equipped.

Within a 10-minute walk, there are restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest seaside hotel, Casino, and Beaches are a 5-minute drive away and the centre of Kyrenia is only a 15-minute drive away.
