Excellent apartment on the beach of Pitangueiras, on the street of LaPlage shopping, 150m from the beach.
Fully furnished, new appliances, high standard furniture, 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) and 2 bathrooms.
All rooms have air conditioning, built-in cabinets, Blackout blinds, nightstands, two single beds (which can be combined into a double bed) and an extra bed, accommodating 9 people comfortably.
It has a large TV room, gourmet balcony with barbecue, planned kitchen and service area.
Our guests will have cable TV, free Wi-Fi and 2 parking spaces. The apartment is very well equipped and has all the kitchen utensils, such as oven, microwave, pots, water purifier, washing machine, gas heater, etc.
The condominium offers beach service with chairs and umbrellas at guests' disposal, lap pool, ice machine, party room, collective barbecue, sauna, fitness space, among others.
We are very well located just 150m from Pitangueiras beach with safe and easy access with pedestrian crossing.
Around us you will find everything you need for your comfort. Within a radius of 100m you will find shopping malls, good restaurants, markets, pharmacies and various stores.

Apartamento otimo, limpo e muito bem arejado muito próximo a praia e muito bem localizado próximo a supermercados, restaurantes e farmarcias. O apartamento é identico ao que esta na foto e nas descrições.
O atendimento do Henrique foi excelente, desde o inicio ele foi muito atencioso e educado.
A equipe do condomínio muito solícita e educada. Assim como o pessoal que nos atendeu na barraquinha da Nely na praia, que tbm super indico.

Foram dias perfeitos, apartamento muito limpo arejado em perfeito estado, as fotos monstram exatamente como o apartamento é, muito proximo a praia, restaurantes e supermercados. A noite da para sair com as crianças e andar no calçadão onde tem a feirinha, sorveteria,pizzaria, shopping ....
O atendimento do Henrique foi excelente desde do início sempre muito educado , a equipe do prédio tbm muito solicitos e educados.
Na praia fomos atendidos pela barraca da Nely pessoal muito educados e prestativos.
Não só indico o apartamento como já estamos programando o retorno em 2019 com a minha família.

Passamos o Carnaval 2018 no apartamento, o apartamento é muito bom e conservado, ótima mobília com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente, o prédio tem uma ótima infra estrutura com piscina, maquina de gelo, salão de jogos, além de uma ótima localização, não precisamos tirar os carros da garagem para nada. Apartamento excelente em todos os pontos!!! Localização privilegiada!!! Perto de TUDO, principalmente da praia!!! Acomodações confortáveis, ar condicionados funcionando perfeitamente! A área da sacada gourmet faz a diferença na hora daquele churrasco... além de ter uma grande vista! Proprietário muito atencioso e honesto. Pretendemos voltar sempre!

Excelente localização, comodidade, imóvel novo e muito organizado. Móveis e eletro novos (geladeira grande e perfeita para gelar cerveja), varanda gourmet com espaço suficiente para reunir toda a família, além de um excelente atendimento dos funcionários do condomínio, no prédio e na praia.

Excelente apartamento com certeza recomendo a todos. Uma ótima localização, perto da praia, supermercado e padaria e além de ser muito organizado e aconchegante, todos os funcionários do condomínio são muito educados e prestativos. O proprietário é muito atencioso e sempre disposto atirar todas as minhas dúvidas, amei a estadia e voltarei em breve!

Melhor locação de apartamento que fizemos no Guarujá, ótima localização, acomodação como descrito no anuncio.
Restaurantes, padarias, supermercados tudo perto
