• If you need Cook Service on the night shift (6 pm-10 pm) additional price is $50,000 from Monday to Saturday, and $70,000 Sundays and holidays.

Inside, the modern-beach-style villa captures an easy, breezy luxury. Ocean-inspired tones of blue, green, beige, and white create a serene ambiance, while open-concept living spaces flow into one another. The living room, dining room, and kitchen run the width of the house, so each has ocean views and the stairs end up to a jacuzzi on a terrace with views towards the ocean.

Casa Iguana del Mar is located on a quiet reef that’s both postcard-pretty and ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or sunset strolls. The villa is a 2-minute drive from San Luis Beach and a 10-15 minute drive to the airport, shopping, dining, and entertainment of San Andres.
