Our stay here was comfortable and the hosts were were kind and took care of our needs promptly and with care. We felt more like family then guests. The beach access accross the street was perfect for us and there was a little restraunt as well. There were a couple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is a bus you can take the seems to come pretty frequently or taxis pass by as well. Our time here was special. Thank you!

Beach across the road

The apartment was fine..it was clean...i did like location except for the loud road noise..what was not nice...the tiny little grease ants...they did not bite...but still dont like them on me....the island had many restaurants..all food was the same..you eather pay a lot...or a little...for the most part...best food came from the old ladies who sell on side of the road...best drinks...road side bars...almost impossible to find good fresh fruit served in restaurants...our stay was 1 wk...if you get a chance...take a horse ride with mr Howard..his place is just down the road from the apartment..native horse....lots of fun...and very interesting......oh scooter rental at hotel just down the road.....enjoy..

This is a great place in a great part of the island.

We had a great time staying at Sound Bay apartments for a month. There was a great seafood restaurant right across the street. Derisca (sp?) is a great cook and as friendly as can be. Right next door, William has the best shade from his coconut trees and is very reasonable with drink prices. Olga was a wonderful host at the apartment, and her and Mary took great care of us and kept the apartment spic and span!! I recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a while.

Property was perfect for family of 4. Location right across from best beach on San Andres equipped with a fantastic beach bar with delicious Coco Locos! Bus stop right out front door. A/C was great for cooling off! But best of all we’re the hosts...Luz, Olga and her beautiful daughter Lucia! Accommodated us as if we were family❤️❤️❤️ Kept our place clean, stocked with water and assisted with taxis and any other information we needed. Definitely recommend Sound Bay Beach apartments to anyone especially families. In addition, we always felt safe there as that was a concern. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts for a fabulous stay! We hope to visit again soon!🏝🏝🏝
