Once you book, we encourage guests to add our concierge number on what's app as it is the best way to communicate internationally before and during your stay. The head of maintenance and grounds lives on property and is available if you need onsite assistance.

Please note that the entire island may be affected by shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns causing an influx of seaweed. When present, our onsite team will clean the Estate's beach daily, weather permitting.

Guests have access to enjoy the entire estate and grounds including the private beach, hammocks, sun loungers, outdoor palapa, two outdoor dining tables (each comfortably sit up 6 persons), the Villa, Villa porch, and the 330-foot pier!

Guests also have access the Restaurant and Bar just south of the Estate.
Guests also have access to our neighboring resort pool also just South of the Estate for a fee. (Day passes may be purchased in the Office - Guests must check-in and purchase passes for pool access).

Guests can enjoy Complimentary Resort Amenities & Access (with the purchase of food and beverage) with our newest premier resort partner. The resort is located 25 mins north via golf cart from the Estate.
Guests can enjoy the multiple pools on the property, pickleball courts, and/or fitness facilities.

The kitchen has all stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops.

Once you arrive, travel by plane or ferry to Ambergris Caye, where your Belizean adventure begins! Your friendly 24/7 concierge can reserve and coordinate your travel preference.

Transportation to the Villa once on Island:

GOLF CART:

When you rent a golf cart with us, we will greet you upon arrival on the island (weather by plane or ferry) with a luggage carryall and your personal Villa Escort. We will escort you via golf cart 9 miles from town to the private estate on the North East side of the island.

Our concierge can reserve your travel accommodations from the mainland to the island whether by ferry or plane (guest preference). Please provide us your International flight details once your flights are secured.

We will assist with your luggage transport and if desired stop at local groceries before escorting you to your villa (included with Golf Cart Rental).
We highly recommend renting golf carts so that you can enjoy and fully experience all the island has to offer!

For guests with spine or back problems we suggest Cab or Boat Transfers for arrival.
Your concierge can coordinate your arrival with one of our local, licensed, and insured cab drivers.
