Overall, I would say that we would give it a 3 1/2 stars. It would’ve been nice if in the bedrooms there were darker drapes so it stayed darker for longer in the mornings. It would’ve been nice to have a little more kitchen equipment to cook with. It also would’ve been nice to have the backyard a little bit more inviting, but there were lots of sticks and branches everywhere and the grill really wasn’t conducive to use at all. But overall, it was in a good area and it got the job done for us. The property management team was very responsive and quickly resolved a couple of our issues.
Four of us stayed at the house. Perfect for our group. Good location and very clean.

Clean and Comfortable Bedding
This location has plenty of room for a larger family or several couples. The space was peaceful and in a great location. We loved the back yard and the many windows. A little overpriced for the value but definitely a nice location.

Large and spacious
It’s the first thing you notice when you arrive. It was a great value. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well equipped and the coffee service was a particularly nice touch.

Property was NOT ready
I booked an overnight stay with friends from out of town and upon arrival and check in we notice the water was shutoff. We had reservations and plans for the evening and no time to relocate. The host said it would be turned back on and it was at 11pm, which the city stated the house had a line broke which is why they had to shut it off. The neighbors said water had been running from the house for over 2 weeks before the city shut it off. This should have been checked before ever renting it! The next morning there were no towels so no one could shower and by the time someone arrived with towels it was time to checkout. Absolutely should have been refunded!!!
The location was phenomenal, situated in a really nice neighborhood close to the medical district. However, there were a few issues that made our stay less than ideal, and we likely wouldn't choose to stay here again. Firstly, the garage was completely inaccessible, which forced us to park in the driveway. From there, we had to walk to the street, then walk uphill around to the front door. It was raining the day we visited, and if we had been older, disabled, or anything similar, it would have been nearly impossible to get inside the house. While there was some street parking available, we didn't feel comfortable using it.Additionally, the front bedroom had very thin curtains, which allowed a lot of light from passing cars to shine in, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. There was also a noticeable smell of mold in the house. The front room lacked furniture, leaving us puzzled about its purpose. There were nails in the walls without any decorations, as if someone had removed all the wall hangings. Furthermore, the mounted TVs would benefit from having outlets located behind them, as the visible cords looked unsightly..
