This open, airy, recently renovated end unit is located in the family friendly community Mallard Lakes. The community offers 2 pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, basketball, shuffleboard, and 5 lakes.
The unit is located close to the beach, dining, shopping and local attractions. Great rental for a couple's getaway, a girl's long weekend!, or for a family! You will enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails on the sun porch or patio, both overlooking the lake.

Mallard Lakes has 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a shuffleboard court and picnic areas with charcoal grills, as well as 2 playgrounds. Across the street is a sports bar and restaurant, a pizza and sub shop, a liquor store, a breakfast cafe, and a bakery. Within 2 miles are Harris-Teeter, Food Lion, Walgreens pharmacy, a water park, miniature golf, go carts, ice cream shops and Fisher's Popcorn!

Mallard Lakes has a $125 weekly amenities fee which includes pool pass for up to 6 people, parking pass, tennis and pickle ball courts and shuffle board court usage. This must be paid directly to Mallard Lakes upon checking in at the office near the front pool. Office hours are 10-6. The proceeds go toward keeping Mallard Lakes the beautiful, well maintained place that it is. There is also a 2 day for $25 and a 4 day for $45 if preferred. Prices subject to change as they are set by Mallard Lakes.

Fenwick Island Beach VacAy!

We had a great time at the Sunday’s place! We’ve stayed here before and it is always clean and well stocked. Mallard lakes has two great pools and lots of activities and it’s really close to the beach. We will be staying again!

Perfect location

Mallard Lakes is a great community and location for any Delaware and Maryland beach fun. The end unit townhouse was awesome especially sitting on screened porch watching the pond and the geese and herons that visited.. Would come back to this unit any time we planned another vacation to the area.

Great place!

The townhome was a perfect family getaway for us. Clean, modern, and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool, proximity to the beach, and everything Fenwick has to offer. Definitely a great choice! This was our 1st VRBO experience & are very happy about our choice.

Great get away weekend!

We had a wonderful get away weekend in Fenwick! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The couch is super comfortable as well! We enjoyed sipping coffee by the lake each morning and riding bikes around the neighborhood! We stayed here multiple times over the summer of 2015 and can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time at Doug and Susan’s place! Check in was very easy and communication with the owners was as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed! My kids loved the pool and the playground and it was a short drive to the beach! We had a blast!

This was a clean and beautifully decorated beach house. Plenty of room for a family with a bunch of kids. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The outdoor patio area is well maintained and the dock right outside the door with the water fountain makes for a very pretty view. The pool and playground area are both very close. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful. Don’t forget bed linens and towels :-). Mallard lakes overall is a wonderfully located destination when visiting fenwick for a family friendly relaxing atmosphere and a close enough drive to everything.

Plenty of Space

While we have stayed in Mallard Lakes condos in the past, this property was nicer than the other one we frequented. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. One of the best features was the 3 beds in the second bedroom. I have 3 children and we usually find ourselves utilizing an air mattress for their room. It was awesome for each of them to have their own bed to sleep in and there was no fighting over who had to sleep on the air mattress. We hope to stay here again!

A great getaway!!!

This is our second time going to Mallard Lakes with our children (ages 7 and 9)- it’s a great community that’s close to everything and has great amenities. You can tell the residents take great pride in their community- it’s clean and welcoming. The property we stayed at last year was not clean but we loved the location so decided to give it another try. The Sunday’s home was welcoming, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the patio and sitting outside to have coffee in the mornings. They were super communicative before we went and during our stay- they helped with anything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

Enjoyable weekend getaway

My girls and their friends wanted to enjoy the beach one last weekend before summer’s end. Our house was perfect for us in both set up and location. Centrally located in Fenwick, we were able to visit friends on the beach in Ocean City and drive up to Bethany to enjoy dinner at our favorite restaurant. The girls even managed to get in some pool time between beach and shopping.

One of the best properties in Mallard Lakes

We've stayed in Mallard Lakes a number of times. It's quiet and convenient with great amenities. This property was probably one of the best. Super clean, comfortable furniture and beds, well-equipped kitchen. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Peace and Quiet

Our family purchased this townhouse after vacationing in this beautiful, well maintained community. We loved being close to the beach, yet away from the crowds and hustle bustle of Ocean City.

Why they chose this property

Our family loves the beach, but not the crowds and hustle bustle of Ocean City. Mallard Lakes offers relaxing and quiet surroundings. The pools are large and the community is perfect for outdoor activities such as walking, running, tennis, pickleboard, biking, basketball, and shuffleboard. And it's only a short drive to Maryland or Delaware beaches!
