Great home with plenty of space for the whole family. Fantastically relaxing environment with a cozy fire-pit. Kids had a blast on the kayak and grandparents had fun fishing off the dock. Will definitely try to stay here again!

The house was absolutely amazing. Beautiful view on the lake great open room to gather cook food and catch up with old friends.

Great stay

Great house. A few small issues at arrival but nothing that affected the overall stay. Owner allowed me a late check out which was nice. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. A few suggestions I have for owner: Grill is tiny and you need charcoal for it. Would be nice to have a bigger propane grill. Also more seating on dock or portable beach chairs to bring down would be nice. Aside from that, great property for a nice lake vacation.

Great lake house! We celebrated our annual family Labor Day get together at this beautiful lake house property. The house is what you hope for as far as lake house views. The listing pictures do not do the house justice, even better in person. Everyone had their own space and almost every room had wonderful views. The host was super with communication and check in was a breeze. We had a few minor issues with our stay but nothing major. We have been celebrating Labor Day in Lake Placid for the last 6 years and every year we rent a different property to experience all of the recreational lakes in Highlands county. With that being said we always make sure to dissect the listing to make sure the property is able to accommodate the proper number of guests and activities wanted. There was no indication in the listing that we could not have have an inflatable slide, as most listing include that if it is an issue not to mention this listing even advertised parties and celebrations welcomed. After the slide being paid for in full (375) and delivered after one day of use we were contacted aggressively to have the slide deflated and removed. Our other issue is the house AC is not nearly appropriate for the window exposure & size of the house. We would have to keep the blinds drawn all day just to keep the house cool enough to sleep semi comfortable at night. We know this must be a known issue because there is a split AC unit installed in the master bedroom. Overall a great property.
