With 4,348 sq. ft of living space, a spacious family room, dining room, stunning pool, two fire pits, and scenic views, it`s the perfect destination to create lasting memories with your loved ones.



The Ranch House at Sierra River Ranch, is the ultimate vacation home for large groups of friends and family. Originally built in 1932 and masterfully renovated in 2023, the house blends classic elegance with the warmth of modern farmhouse décor and the comfort of home. With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, there is ample space for up to 10 guests.



The centerpiece of The Ranch House is the expansive kitchen, equipped with a blue Ilve stove, for culinary enthusiasts to create memorable meals. With 4,348 square feet of living space, 7 bedrooms, and 6 baths, The Ranch House offers comfort on a grand scale. As you enter through the foyer, the classic piano sets the tone for an atmosphere of sophistication, fun and relaxation.



The heart of the house is a large family room just off the foyer and dining room. It is a great place to play board games, catch up with friends, curl up on the couch for a movie and indulge in a little downtime with your favorite people. A spacious dining room, and mudroom with a charming breakfast nook add to the home’s functional elegance.

The barns are not accessible to guests at this time.

There may be times when we have work going on at the ranch. The barns and landscaping are still under construction, however we do our best to schedule work when we do not have guests staying at the ranch.



The pool and outdoor space is a shared with all guests and residents of Sierra River Ranch.



Liability Release and Waiver Agreement

By booking and staying at Sierra River Ranch, all guests, agree to the following terms and conditions:



Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that your stay at Sierra River Ranch may involve certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your stay.



Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Sierra River Ranch, the property owner, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur during your stay at Sierra River Ranch, regardless of the cause.



Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Sierra River Ranch and any affiliated parties against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or resulting from your stay at Sierra River Ranch.



Use of Property: You agree to use the property and its amenities in a safe and responsible manner. You understand and agree to follow any instructions or rules provided by Sierra River Ranch during your stay.



Personal Property: You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings during your stay. Sierra River Ranch is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.



Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during your stay at Sierra River Ranch.



Acknowledgment of Understanding: By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this Liability Release and Waiver Agreement, and that you are signing it freely and voluntarily.

Burning Man Guests

If you are staying with us after attending Burning Man, an additional $1,000 cleaning fee will apply to your reservation and be collected after confirmation. This fee is non-refundable and helps cover the extra time, services, and blocked nights required to properly clean and reset the property. An agreement outlining post–Burning Man procedures will also be sent to you and must be signed prior to your stay.
