Coming to sunny Central Florida for work, a family vacation, or just to get away from the weather? We are pleased to offer our luxurious home in the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. This modern home away from home offers everything you need to settle in, enjoy all the local attractions or just bask in the sun.
Windsor Hills is recognized as one of Central Florida’s most premier resorts. Located just 2 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World, you can be on Disney property in minutes. Close proximity to Interstate 4 makes travel to other great attractions like Sea World and Universal Studios quick and easy as well.

Our upscale villa boasts two King Master suites with adjustable beds and walk in closets, one Queen bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathroom, a lovely dining room, and a large open living area, fully equipped kitchen, a heated pool and spa. We have recently added a huge family-sized dining table and chairs and a wall mounted 55" TV in the lanai. Watch TV from the pool or spa! We also have a games room where you and your family can enjoy pool or table hockey or a rousing game on the Nintendo Wii. Relax, soak in the peace and quiet, and unwind in your own private utopia after a busy day exploring Central Florida.

The Windsor Hills Resort offers its own set of amenities to resort guests. The community clubhouse features a luxurious community pool and spa, a fabulous new waterpark, a private theater, a gaming arcade, a fitness center, an internet café and an on-site sundry shop stocked with everyday essentials. In addition, scattered throughout the grounds of the resort is an array of children’s themed playgrounds. Enjoy sand volleyball or badminton, tennis courts and access to buses traveling to and from the Disney parks.

Spring Break Trip

We stayed here for 5 days to relax after 4 days at Disney. The house was clean. We enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood.

Great Location and welcoming Home

Our adult children and young grandchildren stayed for a week. The house was very clean. It was well thought out design wise. Everyone had an ensuite. Perfect! Pool area has lots of lounging furniture and a great table for outdoor eating. Close to Disney! Lots of shopping and restaurants! Everyone was great to work with throughout the process.

Would Absolutely Stay Here Again

This property literally had "everything" to make our family feel at home while on vacation. Everyone in our party had a great time and loved it!! The property manager/owner answered every question in a prompt and friendly manner. I would absolutely stay here again and will check this locations availability first before booking any other for our next stay in the Orlando area!!

Home away from home

We had the best family vacation. Donna was super helpful. It was nice having the house stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kids enjoyed the playroom and playing dress up. The house is very clean. The pool is awesome. It was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the resort amenities. Nice family neighborhood.

The best stay!

The property was so close to Disney and made for an easy drive to the parks! My kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool. Overall, they’ve thought of everything that one may need when staying at a home away from home. Cannot recommend enough!

We're crazy about the location, we love Windsor Hills and the people here, and mostly, we love our guests from all around the globe! Come visit us and you'll see why people return year after year. Why they chose this property

The minute we walked through the front door of this villa, we felt at home. There's just something welcoming about the house that's hard to describe. There's so much space, yet it feels intimate, so it's perfect for a couple or a large family. There is a small park out back where kids sometimes toss baseballs and ride scooters. Moms and Dads push baby strollers along the winding sidewalk. I love to sit in the lanai and watch the egrets arrive, en masse, almost every day at dusk, right outside the screens. The sunsets from this view are spectacular. Though we're so close to everything, we're in our own little universe. It's a magical and lovely setting, and I never want to leave to go back home. Come, see what I mean... I know you'll love it here too.
