There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.
There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. wireless internet are included.

The community amenities include a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, heated zero-entry community pool with a water slide and dancing fountains, heated community spa, 38-seat surround sound movie theater, arcade, fitness room, tennis courts, putting green, sand volleyball, basketball courts, adventure playground, Gazebo picnic area and walking trail around the entire community and lake. There is even market place with snacks, drinks with poolside seating. Come and truly experience the best!

Family vacation

We stayed 8 nights for an off property Disney vacation. The house was wonderful with plenty of space and the Disney theme made it perfect. The high chair came in handy with the baby. The only downside was the living room furniture. There wasn’t near enough seating to accommodate a family and it’s not very comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again.

This is a great property and fantastically well placed for the Disney parks. We had a great holiday here and were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this property or Windsor Hill again if the situation arose.

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Villa the Dreamers. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was convenient to the Disney parks and the neighborhood amenities were perfect for our little ones. We'd definitely stay here again!

Magical Experience

This home allowed our family to have a magical experience on our Disney trip every room in this home is themed! Rooms are spacious, each room has its own bathroom which was a huge plus when coming home from walking all day at Disney themed parks!

Perfect for us!

Everything is exactly as pictured and described! First walked in it was very clean and smelled freshly cleaned! Beds were comfy all the amenities worked properly! The laundry room had 2 dryers which was super helpful for drying pool towels and wet bathing suits in the evenings! Would definitely wanna stay again! Hosts were super helpful and respond quickly to any questions

Very good. The only thing that you could do is to supply better blankets for the beds. The comforter in some rooms were very thin. Otherwise very good and comfortable accommodations

Spacious and Cozy Home

We recently stayed at this home in Windsor Hills, and overall, it was a great experience. The house had plenty of room for our group of seven (four adults and three kids), and everything was clean and comfortable. The home itself is really nice and cozy, and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The only suggestion we have is regarding the living room couch. Given how cozy the home is, we think it would be perfect with a bigger, fluffier sectional to provide more seating for family time in the living area. It would make the space even more enjoyable for everyone to gather together. Despite a small incident outside of the homeowner’s control, we absolutely fell in love with this home and would definitely love to book it again in the future!

Nice but not great

Some issues with the house I won't go in detail about. Grill rental issues as well. Nice neighborhood and Community amenities were real good, but will not rent this particular property again.

Vacation getaway

The home looked just like the pictures. The only issue I would say I had was upon arrival was there was a few things that weren’t in the best conditions or operating. I normally don’t check for these things since while on vacation we just use the home to sleep. I would just suggest for future stays, that a list of things that aren’t operating or in good condition be made so that upon arrival one is made aware of. Thank you.

Why they chose this property

Windsor hills is a very attractive and gated community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
