Welcome to Surfin Safari... an amazing beachfront condo at the award winning condominiums known as The Dawn (Best Condo Rental Award in 2023 and 2024). This premium newly remodeled beachfront condo welcomes up to 6 guests with an open floor plan that showcases impressive front row views of the gulf. Sit on the private patio and enjoy the ocean view and refreshing breeze or relax inside where you'll find 2 bedrooms (King bed with adjustable base that raises for maximum comfort while watching TV and 2nd bedroom with Queen bed + Twin bunk beds). The 2 bathrooms include an XL custom walk-in shower plus an X-wide tub/shower.
After a fun day at the beach, check out the condo's 2 pools (one is heated in winter into the 80s ), hot tub, outdoor grills and fitness center… Or just hang-out in the living room where you'll find a big comfy recliner and oversized leather couch (that includes a chaise lounge) to enjoy watching TV (New 65-inch Samsung with cable and streaming).
The remodeled kitchen is top-of-the-line and is perfect for baking cookies, reheating leftovers from the island's many restaurants or even cooking a 5-star meal. New Professional Café Appliances highlight the kitchen with special features that include a double oven with convection baking, 5 burner cooktop, microwave that can also Air Frye, and a "hush" quiet dishwasher. THERE'S ALSO A WASHER & DRYER INSIDE! (Rare find!)
Gather with family and friends at the expansive dining table for meals, games, and good conversation. (Tons of games to choose from.) There’s even an exercise bike in the 2nd bedroom (of course you can always go to the condo’s fitness center too.) You’ll find lots of additional surprises. Added bonus: You'll always be super comfortable thanks to the new a/c system and high-end silent Haiku ceiling fans. There's just so much to love and enjoy! We welcome you to come make memories that will last a lifetime!

4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 10 regular towels, 6 wash cloths, 4 hand towels, 6 beach towels, salt & pepper, olive oil, a canister of coffee plus sugar.

The Dawn Condominiums charge a $40 parking fee per vehicle for a 1-3 day stay, a $50 fee for a 4-29 day stay and $100 fee for 30 days or more (Effective for 2025 reservations).
This fee is NOT included in your total & must be paid upon arrival to The Dawn. You can pick up the parking pass and amenities wristbands from the office once paid. Pay by QR code (that will be given to you the day of check-in) or pay at the office.

We are located on Seawall Blvd, there is traffic noise that can be heard when on the patio. You must cross the road to get to the beach. Quick 2 minute walk.

Quiet hours 9 pm - 9 am.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
6 guests maximum allowed at this property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
If you smoke inside the condo or on the patio you will be charged a $500 fine.
If you bring a pet/Animal you will be charged a $500 fine.
AMENITIES: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay. Should an amenity not work or fail during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue right away.
CHECK IN PROCESS:
Guests will receive the door code on the day of your arrival no later than 4 pm. We do not give the code out until the condo is ready. We cannot guarantee early check-ins but we always let the guests in as soon as the condo is ready.
Once you arrive you will see a QR code in the condo, scan the code to complete the required information and pay the parking fee, then you will need to go to the front desk to pick up your parking passes and amenity wrist bands. If you arrive after hours you can simply visit the office in the morning to pick up your passes but you will still need to register and pay using the QR code.
