• Check-in: 3pm
• Check-out: 11am
• Children: allowed
• Infants: allowed
• Pets: dogs (under 20lbs) w/additional non-refundable $125 deposit per dog. 2 dog maximum
• Electric Vehicle Charging: not allowed to plug in at the house
• Parties and events: not allowed
• Smoking inside: not allowed

ADDITIONAL RULES:
• All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
• No Smoking in any outdoor common areas, including the pool areas and tennis/pickleball courts.
• Quiet hours 9pm - 8am.
• Please respect the community and home as you would your own.
• All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require you to purchase the Property Damage Protection, offered through VRBO.
• During the hotter months, the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the HVAC unit freezing entirely and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 73 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
