Located in Huddleston VA, All sheets and towels and basic soaps are provided. WiFi and cable TV available. All bed sheets and bath towels are included. Enjoy a Fully Stocked Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, and Gas BBQ Grill Home sleeps 8 comfortably. This is a 3 story Townhome in a beautiful quiet community with a small private beach access and walking trails. You will have use of assigned floating dock slip at no extra charge. We look Forward to hosting your visit to Smith Mountain Lake.

Perfect Home for a Lake trip with Friends

It was a very spacious and clean home in a great location relative to the lakefront. Owners were responsive with questions myself and my party had while we were there. We selected this location for my bachelor weekend getaway, and it did not disappoint!

Clean and spacious location by the water!

Visited with a group of 8 infant. Plenty of room for anyone, right by the lake. Private loading dock, serene neighborhood. Communication with host was great! Clean location.

We loved sitting on the deck drinking our coffee each morning and the location of the townhouse. It was fun to watch the golfers from the deck. The place needs a little TLC. There is mold in the ceiling of the middle bathroom. The bathroom floor was very sticky to walk on in the basement. The bulb over the stove was burned out. We had to fight with bees on the deck because they had a nest underneath. We discovered a crack in the plastic in the fridge which we did not do. The cleaning people need to check under beds there is some things renters shouldn’t need to see.

Convenient location to the lake

First and foremost, the location is truly beautiful and picturesque, situated approximately 100 feet from the dock, which does require a short walk. The house itself was clean and well-equipped with sufficient amenities for guests. However, I encountered some discrepancies regarding the check-in process. The information provided in the listing indicated that a physical key would be available in a lockbox; however, I discovered that entry is actually via a touchpad. This led to some confusion and a significant amount of time spent searching for the key. I recommend updating the listing to clarify this aspect for future guests. Additionally, the advertisement mentioned access to the on-site club amenities . Upon further inquiry with the management company, I learned that this access is not available. I have advised the management team to revise the listing to avoid any potential misunderstandings. On a positive note, I want to commend the management company for their assistance. I requested an early check-in to enjoy the lake view before sunset, and they graciously accommodated my request. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and support. I would also like to mention that guests are responsible for disposing of their trash, as there is no on-site pickup. The nearest dumpster is approximately a nine-minute drive away, which may be worth noting for future guests. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I found the house to be clean and comfortable.
