The host was very quick to respond to questions. The location was perfect for visiting the Universal and Disney parks. The entry was a bit complicated because you have to open a gate with a padlock before you can get to the unit’s door. After dark it was difficult to do because the lighting was poor. Overall it was perfect for our needs.
