Upstairs Retreat:

Master Bedroom: Unwind in the master suite featuring a king-sized adjustable mattress, a 55` TV, and a lavish bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub with whirlpool and air jets, and a steam shower. Get your exercise in with gorgeous lake view with our complimentary Peloton located in the master!
Gourmet Kitchen: Cook up a storm with a 36` cooktop, separate oven, and a spacious fridge. You`ll also find a pantry, regular and pod coffee maker, air fryer, and all essential cooking tools. Enjoy meals at the kitchen island with seating for 4 or the elegant wooden table that seats 10.
Living Room: Relax in the living area with a 65` TV, shuffleboard table, and a cozy gas fireplace.

Downstairs Haven:

Kitchenette: Equipped with another full-sized fridge, sink, large pantry cabinet, and a versatile coffee pot. Plus a second Breville smart oven and air fryer and a ninja blender perfect for smoothies or margaritas to enjoy by the water.
Living Room: A second living area with a 65` TV offers additional space for relaxation.
Master Bedroom: Another master suite with a king-sized adjustable bed and an attached bathroom with a soaking tub.
Additional Bedrooms:
One bedroom with a queen-sized bed and two custom-built bunk beds, a 43` TV, and an attached Jack and Jill bathroom.
Another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a 40` TV.
A bunk room with 4 twin bunks and a 40` TV, ideal for kids.
Half Baths: Conveniently located both upstairs and downstairs.

Outdoor Bliss:

Upstairs Patio: Featuring a 55` TV, gas fireplace, grill, outdoor sectional, and a bed swing for ultimate relaxation.
Downstairs Patio: Enjoy a ping pong table, outdoor sectional, wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, and a 75` TV that you can watch from the heated spa (not heated between the hours of 12am-5 am) or pool. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional cost of $300 (for 83-85 degrees - additional fees apply for hotter temps)
Lakeside Fun: A sandy beach with corn hole, a large covered dock and private boat slip with additional seating, a wooden picnic table, and a ladder for jumping into the lake. Bring your putter to practice your game lakeside on the greens!

There is a ChargePoint charger for your electric vehicle. Plenty of parking for 5 vehicles! There is also a jet ski port available for guest use!

Your furry friends are welcome to come enjoy the lake with you for an additional fee of $200

There is a ring camera on the front door, and a camera located on the back deck over looking the pool - this camera is in case of an incident only, and only monitored if an accident is reported.
