We had the best time at Lakeside Livin! There were 11 of us. 9 adults and a 2 and 4 year old. The host, Nick went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Including restaurant recommendations and how far they were from the house by boat and car! This was especially helpful since we were first time "lakers" and weren't familiar with the area. He was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. The home was immaculate upon arrival, beds super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The den was super spacious with a large tv for us all to watch the Auburn game on. We rented a boat and were able to dock it easliy at the dock and the guys enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement. I highly recommend staying at Lakeside Livin and will definitely be back.

This property was excellent for our family!It is such a beautiful property and the layout is great! It has the master bedroom with king bed on the main level. It has a well equipped kitchen with a pantry!!!! It also has a half bath and laundry room.Upstairs it has another king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 queen bunk beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom between them. To finish out the house, on the bottom floor, there is another bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The most important part was the playroom downstairs with a ping pong table, air hockey table, and a foosball table along with a dart board and other games. It also has a tv!Then you move to the outside…where you find two patios…one off the den with a Blackstone grill and one on the bottom level both furnished with furniture to sit and relax! There is a leveled area of grass for the kids to play. It is on a hill so the views are awesome especially at night! They have steps down to the spacious deck on the water. It is in a channel, so it is safe for the kids to get out on the water with paddle boards and/or kayaks. Our grandkids so enjoyed staying at this property and therefore we as the adults were able to enjoy it as well. It was so relaxing!The communication with the owners was awesome. We would definitely recommend this home!

We are a family of 6 from Trussville. We love Lake Martin. I grew up coming to this beautiful lake and our family loves it here. We would love to host you at our home!

Why they chose this property

We love our neighborhood and have great neighbors. Neighborhood includes a a fishing pond and community boat launch that guests are able to use. Boat launch use is at own risk.

We are centrally located on the lake with a short car or boat ride to several of the lakes best restaurants and lake attractions.
