This open-concept city tall modern home has everything you need to enjoy your stay including: 6 beds, 2.5 baths, office space, second living room, kids corner, laundry and comfortably sleeps 11! Build completed in 2024, enjoy fun & modern design, more amenities than a hotel & many comforts of home! BONUS: NO EXTRA CLEANING FEE!

Cornerhouse-716 is a 2250sqft open-concept modern "city tall" home that my husband and I designed, built & decorated and completed in June 2024! Centrally located in Western NY, it is so easy to get to just about anywhere in the area from here! This 6 bed, 2.5 full bath modern & uniquely-designed home comes equipped with everything you need to have an amazing experience here in the city that we love so much! We call it "Buffalove!"

Entrance: You won't miss the newly built black modern city-tall exterior home right on the corner with large numbers in front! You can easily park 6 cars in the driveway and walk right up to the black door to enter the home via a smart lock with your personalized one-time code for your stay. Welcome home!

Kitchen: Upon entering Cornerhouse 716, you'll notice the bright and brand-spanking new kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to make your morning coffee fix, stay-in dinners, or late-night popcorn snack. (Spices and all!) There is a Refrigerator with Freezer, Oven/Stove-top, Microwave, large sink and lots of cabinet/pantry space to store your groceries. (Separate pantry make storing your things a breeze!) We have a lot of great appliances: Blender, hot water kettle, coffee pot, slow cooker, toaster oven that also air fries, K-Cup coffee, french press machine...even baking sheets! We try our best to provide you with the conveniences of home, but if there's something you're missing, please don't hesitate to ask. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. :)

Nia's place is overall the best VRBO I've stayed in. It is a beautiful, new home that is SO CLEAN! Very thoughtful touches throughout. It was a perfect home base for our group while in town for an event at Keybank Center.

Wedding Prep

This property was used for the males in my wedding party to get ready. Many of them were baffled by the noise complain they received on the first night, but I have a feeling this property just has very picky neighbors. Overall was a great stay 8/10 would pick again!

Hi Julie! We are glad that the groomsmen enjoyed our home the weekend of the wedding! :) We do try to make it clear prior to booking that we have neighbors & part of our short-term rental permit requires us to keep quiet hours outside between 10pm-8am out of respect to residents of the neighborhood. The first night there was a group of guys on the back porch until midnight & neighbors are close by to the back porch so that is why we were notified & I just sent a friendly reminder about quiet hours. We are glad you enjoyed our home and wishing you and your family and friends all the best! :)

Upscale, well appointed & comfortable

The Cornerhouse 716 is a very modern, but welcoming home perfect for families travelling together. The home is tastefully decorated, and we all felt very comfortable. The hosts provided some coffee, tea, snacks and toiletries which we appreciated. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and one bedroom with multiple beds in the basement, all with comfortable mattresses and plush bedding. Our 3 year old grandson loved playing with the kitchen playset, and box of toys found in the basement level. The property is on a busy road, but the large driveway made it very easy to enter and exit the property. Nia excels at communication, and always provided quick responses to any questions we had. We would definitely book this property again for future visits to the area.
