Just 8 mins from the airport and above the ice fog, our home offers a sauna, fully stocked kitchen, and optimal northern lights viewing from the deck and bedrooms. With two living rooms, ample parking, two 75 inch tv's with surround sound, high speed wifi, washer/dryer, fire pit, and scenic views of downtown Fairbanks and Denali, it's perfect for families and groups of all sizes. Your Alaskan adventure starts here! 1. 3 full bathrooms 2. Private Sauna 3. 7-person hot tub 4. 2 4k Tv's with surround sound 5. High Speed Wi-fi 6. Coffee Maker with coffee provided 7. Luxury DreamCloud Mattresses 8. Fully Stocked Kitchen 9. 2 electric fireplaces 10. Private large patio with grill 11. Board games + Cards 12.Huge Garage and driveway 13. Each room with black-out curtains 14. Washer + Dryer 15. 2 Pack-n-Plays available The entire house is available for your enjoyment, including the huge garage and 1.5 acre lot. The outdoor storage is unavailable for guest use. Large driveway for ample parking. After booking the property, you will need your unique access code to enter the house. This code will be provided to you electronically the day of check in. Check your messages in your guest app to locate the code to unlock the front door. Once the code is entered and the light flashes green it's unlocked! We love our guests and take all measures to keep your experiences safe and worry-free as possible. We have a home security system, smart locks and exterior security cameras. This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping indoor property. If you visit from September to April, please note that snow is possible. It is common that winter roads in Fairbanks almost always have some level of ice or snow on them and we want to you to be as safe as possible on your adventure! Please double check that your rental vehicle comes with roadside assistance because unfortunately, we are not able to recover stuck vehicles at this time. Also, we have 4 exterior cameras on the home: one doorbell camera at the front door, one at the back sliding door, one at the bottom basement entrance and one facing the deck and hot tub.

Amazing house with lots of room. The bedrooms had plenty of room and was great for our group with all our gear. The hot tub was a great touch as well as the sauna.

Perfect place for all of us!

Very nice place....clean, roomy and well stocked. We were three couples, but this place could easily accommodate many more people, especially with children. Lots of fun things to do for kids and adults alike: sauna, hot tub, fire pit, zip line and treehouse. We had a little communication glitch in the beginning, but the host made up for it.
