Built in 2019, Single story townhouse with 3 bedrooms including master bedroom, located conveniently in a the quiet residential area for fast access to amenities, with fast internet, smart TV, laundry, heated 1 car garage, private fence, outdoor patio and grill.Beautiful single story townhouse! Very close to all the shopping centers and restaurants. Very secluded from the noisy town. You can even watch the sunrise and set from our backyard!
You can also see the northern lights right from our windows! We are not far from the ski resort and about 45 minute drive to our famous Alaska Chena Hot Springs resort.
We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath.
Fast internet, smart TV, laundry, heated floors and one car garage, private fence, outdoor patio and grill.

Great location!

This clean and beautifully decorated home was perfectly located near the heart of Fairbanks, close to everything my friends and i needed for our trip. The home was very comfortable in the winter cold with heated floors, a heated garage, and cozy, comfortable beds to rest in. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. Whenever we had a question, the host was easy to reach and quick to reply. My friends and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Fairbanks. We'll certainly choose this home if we return someday!

Perfect home!

The house was perfect for us! It was very clean. The main reason for our trip was to see the Northern Lights. We were able to see them five nights at Cleary Summit which is within a half hour drive of the house. On the last night we could see them from the back of the house! Communication with the host was great. Would definitely recommend this home!
