The Space As you step into our condo, you’ll find yourself in a tranquil paradise. The open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable seating, vibrant boho decorations, and bathed in natural light. The kitchen, fitted with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, is fully equipped for you to create delicious meals. Enjoy dining indoors or take your meal out to the private lanai, which seats four, and soak in the tropical breeze.

Location Our condo is strategically located in the stunning Waikoloa Resort area, nestled amidst a Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course and just around the corner from the new Waikoloa Plaza, which boasts a variety of shops and restaurants. Breathtaking beaches and a diverse range of shopping and dining venues are also nearby. A short drive will take you to the renowned Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay), perfect for snorkeling, paddleboarding, or simply lounging on the beach.

Great location

Sean’s place was great! It was close to one of the kids’ favorite eats and their favorite beach. The AC units in the bedrooms made it very comfortable during the night. Sean was very quick to respond to my questions and his flexibility allowed us to arrange for a later check out was much appreciated as we were heading out on a red eye. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Waikaloa Village

Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :)

Gorgeous, Updated Apartment in a Peaceful Neighborhood!

I had a fantastic stay at Boho Island Paradise! The apartment was fully renovated and felt like a brand-new space—everything was spotless and tastefully designed. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The host was great, offering prompt communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions, making the whole experience smooth and easy. This beautifully updated apartment was the perfect home base for our trip. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable stay. I can’t wait to return!
