Nestled in Davenport, this delightful townhome is the perfect retreat for guests seeking an enchanting vacation. With 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, so that’s 5 beds all together, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. The property boasts excellent amenities such as a washing machine& dryer, AC, iron, hair dryer, heating, and WiFi. You'll also find 3 1/2 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer for your convenience. After a day of exploring. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
We are approximately 9 miles from Disney’s animal Kingdom in about 45 minutes away from universal studios all depending on traffic we also have two golf courses within 2 to 5 miles away. there is absolutely no smoking anything or vaping. You will be responsible for damages from the smell and keep the front door closed at all times. There is only two cars allowed to park and they must be all on the pad in front of my house no tires or allowed in the street or the grass absolutely no street parking allowed they (resort)will tell you. Guest are responsible for damages done by themselves or a pet, pets cannot be left alone and must be on a leash outside at all times. Pickleball courts wonderful 10 indoor courts air-conditioned beautiful bar and restaurant great Food 7 miles away open-plays all day long ask me about it.
There is an additional one time charge of $60 per stay not per night for pets.

Our overall experience with our stay at this home was outstanding. Communication with the owner was excellent and she took a personal interest in our vacation. The owner addressed and solved minor concerns immediately.The check-in/out process was very smooth and the property staff was very friendly. The home was clean, updated and very comfortable for my whole family.We had a short stay and were not able to take advantage of the ammenities at the property. The property was very secure and safe and the ammenities looked very nice.

Magical Moments

Wow! What an amazing trip we had. The home was impeccable and communication with the hostess was instant! Where to start….The community is very clean and well maintained. Upon check in (which is easy) you receive parking tags and bracelets that you use for the pool and to get in and out of the gate. We just kept one in the car for that reason. We had three cars and they fit but you do have to park them like a T shape, 2 cars is really ideal but it is possible. If you have dogs, it’s a great spot because it is on a corner lot so there was yard space for them. Now the house, clean, clean, clean! There are little touches throughout that made it really function like home. A dish and hooks at the entry way for keys, leashes, glasses, etc… The AC worked great as did the showers. We had enough toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc to go 4 1/2 days with 7 people. Upstairs there were enough extra towels for the whole gang, things not always true with stays. The beds were super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with whatever you needed.The surrounding area was perfect. Publix on the corner, Starbucks and gas across the street.We went to the parks everyday. The drive is the only thing I would keep in mind. It is a high traffic area. Mileage wise the parks are not far but depending on the time of day it could take anywhere from 25 - 40 mins. The worst time being when everyone was leaving the parks. Stay here… you will NOT regret it!

We love that we are so close to stores and restaurants. They are all within walking distance. And of course we love that we’re so close to Disney.

What makes this property unique

This unit is an end unit so it is very light and airy with all the windows it has. The 4 bedrooms are very big with plenty of room to be comfortable.
