The location was good for Keeneland race track. Property was nice, however, there could be more seating in the living room. We could not find any dish soap or sponges, etc to clean the dishes.

Great location, nice house

We had a great stay. Blake was quick to answer any questions that we had. Nice, quiet neighborhood located near lots of attractions and places to eat. We would stay here again.

The place is okay.Neighborhood is calmWas expecting some basic tool to be available like Iron, iron board...The communication with thr host was not the best as well, timely wise.

Perhaps you should try a Ritz Carlton with an on call concierge if you expect someone to reply to you 24/7. Both tools you requested the location was provided. Your inability to locate with clear direction is not a host issue.

The house was perfect for what we needed. We were in Lexington for family weekend for our student at UK. The beds were fine.Couch was less than comfortable but we weren’t in the house enough to complain about it.The upstairs shower water pressure was very low but it was fine. We had more than enough towels, and utilities for what we needed. I thought it would be noisy given the street seemed a busy street and it was not. We got in late both nights given the activities we had and were able to get right to sleep. I would consider staying again. It’s close to stores and restaurants.

Owner was very nice and communicated quickly. But there was some things that were off. There were no kitchen or cleaning supplies. We had one trash bag and three rolls of toilet paper for a week for 10 people. We had to go to Walmart and buy basic supplies to cook and clean. There was also random holes in the walls in the bathroom to reach piping. Two of the bedrooms shared a closet so we could hear each other so no privacy. The rail up the stairs was no properly bolted down and it moved when walking up and the couch was broken. Overall we liked out stay because if fit our family comfortably but just a few little odd things.
