One of the best features are the spacious porches which make a perfect spot to enjoy breathtaking views of sunrise/sunset. Fresh shrimp is available for purchase (seasonally) adjacent to the property. This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Gulf Shores. Step inside this adorable property and be greeted by a cozy living room, where guests can relax on the recliner sofa, on multiple spacious porches, patios or down by the water in our boathouse. The bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, and full bed. With 3 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation, everyone can freshen up before heading out to explore the beach life. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like breathtaking waterfront views, outdoor dining, dock-side fishing, kayak, scooters, board games, outdoor games, heating, hair dryer, washing machine, steamer, AC, outdoor security system at exterior entry doors and WiFi. Please turn off indoor/outdoor lights. Please lock up as you leave. There will be a charge for anything you left behind if you would like it mailed to you. It will be $20 plus shipping.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises and grounds for immediate removal from property without refund.

What a spectacular place ! If we could give more than 5 stars we definitely would. The home was much larger than the pictures show along with being exceptionally clean. All the beds had white sheets and comforters, the bath towels were in new condition and sparkly white as well. All the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for your belongings. We have rented several homes and Bama Breeze I will have to admit is by far the best home we have ever rented. We were prepared by bringing our own kitchen supplies but after arrival we quickly noticed the kitchen was well stocked. Super nice pans, bowls, plenty of tableware, fancy wine glasses and all sorts of useful utensils. The coffee pot/ keurig combo was a great feature. There were even K-cups available. All the appliances worked well. Plenty of sturdy rocking chairs on the porch to choose from. We hung out in the dock house often to relax and do a little fishing. Viewing the dolphins from the dock was very exciting. The guys appreciated the fish cleaning station located on the dock that had running water and a knife sharpener. This home fit everyone of our needs and expectations.

We come to Foley every February with friends to compete in an archery competition. There were 6 adults in the house. The house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The pier was easily accessible and was our favorite part of vacation. We saw dolphins and pelicans daily. There is not easy access to let down a kayak which was the only disappointment, but where there is a will there is a way! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was adequately stocked with necessities. The hosts and their family were so accommodating and friendly. It was such a pleasant stay, and we are looking to book again for next year!

During this stay, there was significant damage to the property, including a Christmas tree being moved across the house which appeared to have been knocked over, resulting in more than half of the ornaments broken, as well as damage to a dining room cushion that looked like claw marks from a dog. We communicated promptly and provided documentation of these issues, including photos. We made a reasonable request for partial reimbursement based on the documented damages, which they have yet to pay. There were even price tags left on the ornaments which they denied they were that much and said they went to two stores to replace, but couldn’t find them. They were coastal ornaments purchased at a boutique gift store. The guests were informed upon booking there was a Christmas tree with breakable ornaments and said their dogs wouldn’t mess with the tree. Their two dogs were over the 50lb weight max, they were large dogs and were not leashed when outside which they agreed to in the rules. Once the damages were found and the guest was asked to reimburse for partial amount of damage, they then said their child was injured from the tree upon their arrival day. The concern about an injury was not raised during the stay or at checkout, only when asked to pay for damages. We encourage all guests to communicate any issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly. We remain committed to maintaining our home to a high standard and ensuring a positive experience for all future guests.
