100 yds to great swimming beach, beautiful beach home w/ ocean views! Recently-renovated kitchen, large sun porch with dining area, large living room, 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 recently updated bathrooms, deck overlooking ocean, private back yard, in and outdoor showers. Howes St. Beach is at the end of the street with calm waters and great for swimming. At low tide, you can build sand castles and walk for miles! Wifi, work space, washer, dryer, dishwasher, lots of historic charm! A 5-minute drive to Dennis Village where you will find cafes, restaurants, shopping, the Cape Cod Playhouse and Art Museum. Scargo Pond for those who love lake swimming is a walk or short drive away.
You will have the entire house and yard for yourselves. There is parking available for 3 cars. Please no large events or parties--this is our family home.
Please note: this is a seasonal cottage with no central heat. There are space heaters for chilly September evenings.
