We are a Sunday-Sunday rental...our check in days are Sun/Mon/Tuesday. With a 5 day minimum in the summer.
We are a 2 max occupancy, no pets property.
We do share the driveway with this rental, however, The Outback is wonderfully private, and quiet.
We respect your privacy, and value ours.
We encourage couples, travel companions, and solo travelers to take advantage of the opportunity to experience Cape Cod in a beautiful, private, quiet, convenient safe, spot!

Private 4 room freestanding cottage, all on one floor, with 2 separate sleeping areas. The primary bedroom with a queen size bed, and the reading room with a full-size feather topped futon. We do-not advertise a 2 bedroom; we have a 2-guest maximum policy, and we cannot accommodate pets.

The cottage is located "Outback" from the main house. Both dwellings are designed to insure privacy for ourselves and of course our guests.
Great location for travelers wanting to see the most of the Cape with timely day trips.
Great location to bring a book and disappear in the field for a rest.
Surf cast, fish the jetties, or charter your own excursion. Catch lunch or a sunset cruise, all of these wonderful activities just down the road at Sesuit Harbor.
Great location to enjoy a variety of wonderful locally owned restaurants and pubs only minutes away.
Great location to swim in pristine Cape Cod Bay, Northside beaches 4 minutes’ drive.
Southside beaches 15 minutes away (Nantucket Sound)

• “Exceptional service & staff”
“The top-rated staff and service will ensure you feel welcome and pampered”. Is not true. There is no staff, and we do not offer services that demonstrate pampering. That’s a pretty high bar to set, that a luxury resort would offer.

• “Fireplace”
“A rare find - cozy up in front of a warm, inviting fireplace.” We do not have an indoor fireplace. However, we do have a great open firepit with wood on site, on the patio, that our guests often enjoy.


• “Unmatched views, unforgettable moments”
Guests like the location for the scenic views.” This one is also setting up our guests up with false expectations. The VRBO tech team claims, that because we live near the ocean and a lake, they can state that we have views. There are no scenic views and I certainly cannot provide unforgettable moments. No doubt our guests enjoy unforgettable moments, but that is an incredibly imposing expectation.

We offer a wonderful little cottage, that’s comfortable, clean, safe, conveniently located on a quiet, private piece of property that has wonderful outdoor space. We don’t pamper, but we are always available to answer any questions, or concerns. We are 100% commited to our guests comfort.
