Maui Sunset #B-513 has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless appliances include an induction/convection range, Bosch dishwasher. New front load washer and dryer. King-size bed with luxury linens. Solid eucalyptus wood flooring throughout. In the living room enjoy the Queen size sofabed, complimentary wireless high speed internet, Netflix, Smart TV with an extensive variety of cable TV channels, phone and answering machine free long distance to anyway in North America. This one-bedroom condo has a heavenly king-size bed, and 2 bathrooms. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-513 supplies beach chairs, beach towels, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Condo

Good location, very comfortable. Condo had everything we needed and location was convenient to all the major Maui activities. Sunset views were amazing and turtles were playing in the surf while we were there.

My wife and I just got back from Maui. We had a fantastic time staying at Le Penthouse. We wouldn't choose any other place to stay on Maui when we go back. The view is just as picture perfect as the pictures and the condo is completely stocked with everything you might need.

Great getaway!

This condo was perfect for a Hawaii getaway for my husband and myself! Super comfy bed, condo was well stocked and cared for. great location on the beach in Kihei. perfect lanai for coffee in the morning was sunsets in the evening. we will definitely be back!

Great condo for a family visit to Maui

We loved it here. Vicki was great to work with, emailed a couple of times with questions and she promptly replied. We loved the location, the view from the balcony, the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice little walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Maui sunset!

Such a wonderful place. Location location location. It lives up to its name most beautiful sunsets. The condo has everything you need. And the icing on our stay was watching the amazing full moon setting in the morning!

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Penthouse. Place was exactly as advertised. The Washer and Drier came in very handy. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the Sunset views every night. Highly recommended.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in Vicki and Leagh's condo. The view from the lanai was spectacular from the minute you wake up to when you go to bed. Even on days with rain or cloud the warm air leaves you wanting more. The location was perfect for us, people were friendly and everything we needed was provided at the condo. The condo, the property grounds , BBQ'S and pool are so well maintained, I can't wait to visit again.

A fine stay

The "Penthouse" was very well furnished and comfortable. It was nicely equipped with everything that one would need. The owner of the Penthouse, Vicki, was exceptionally responsive. The location of the Maui Sunset complex was very good--on the ocean, spacious pool, near a large number of good restaurants and take out places. We'd certainly consider returning.

Spectacular View

We totally enjoyed our time in the wonderful condo. Everything is up to date with very upscale appliances. I had never cooked before on an induction stove and have decided that's what I want when I replace mine. The view is amazing and it cocktails on the lanai every evening watching the sunset. Can't wait to come back.

Whales whales whales!

We were able to see lots of whales breaching throughout the day from our lanai! Many memorable sunsets from the lanai as well. We found lots of local restaurants in the area and we loved having our breakfast on the lanai watching the whales and the early morning ocean views. The condo was beautifully decorated and we loved the heavenly king bed! Owners were easy to work with and very efficient with paperwork. I would highly recommend this condo.

Can’t wait to come back!

We can’t say enough about our stay at this top notch property. We had everything we need and more right down to the lime squeezer for our margaritas! These owners have thought of everything for our stay. Even the tall lanai furniture allows you to see over the railings for an unobstructed ocean view. There never was a problem getting a lounge chair at the pool and the ice machine was perfect for keeping our beverages cool. The beach out front is perfect for a romantic beach walk. We are coming back next fall for sure! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

4th visit to Maui Sunset in four years

We have never been disappointed. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are beautifully manicured, and the units are tip top. We have stayed in two bedroom unit and this time also stayed in one bedroom that had just been remodeled. The owners were wonderful because I had booked the wrong dates and we were "homeless" for a night and they very graciously accomodated my mistake !!!!!!!! Mahalo and we can't wait to return !!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely place!!!

My wife and I had a great experience! The apartment looked just as advertised- nice and clean walking in… beautiful view to the beach! Loved being on the 5th floor (elevator) the balcony furniture is nice- not the cheap basic stuff. Lots of amenities- beach necessities such as chairs, towels, noodles, boogie boards, even snorkeling gear! Fully loaded kitchen… Location is very closed to shopping center, pretty handy 😊 by the way- for eating, check out Nalu Grill- the best food around! WONDERFUL

The remodel of this condo has been done with a great deal of care & thought. The island theme decor and art work is lovely. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need with new high end appliances, although the aluminum frying pans do not work well with the induction cook top. The bistro table on the deck is great for an unobstructed view. Not liking air conditioning, our only disappointment is not having a window in the bedroom that can be left open at night. The sliding door off the bedroom onto the common walkway is quite odd. What was the architect of the complex thinking? We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and the beautiful Maui Sunset complex. Thank you!

Improvements Needed

Pillows for the pullout couch were disgusting.Go to Walmart and get some new ones (4 should be available Mattress on pullout was poor (did not offer proper support) Pillowcases were less than satisfactory Sheets were borderline Bathmat in front bathroom is disgusting (In this climate should be a plain flat mat) Every condo we have ever rented has had first day complimentary coffee. You offered nothing. The patio is for sitting and lounging. Your high table furniture does not allow for that. Very disappointing! 74 of 76 patios that were in view had proper lounging furniture. Get with the program. The decor could really use some upgrading The check in could have been bad.. The lock box at the office is no longer in use. The security guy (who I was fortunate enough to run into at the pool) did not have a key or instructions about our arrival. Fortunately he was able to access a key at the office (I appreciated his kind help and friendliness - especially at 11:30 at night) Household items were quite satisfactory We appreciated the washer and dryer Billed as a luxury penthouse it no way came up to its billing I do not like to sound so negative but some serious thought has to be given to upgrade to match your claim

Perfect Location and Beautiful Property

My wife and I rented this property for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We were largely drawn to this property due to the prime location and the consistently excellent reviews - we were very glad we did! The owners were fantastic from the moment we requested the property and made sure we were well informed throughout the process. Vicki even recommended an amazing restaurant for our anniversary dinner (Mama's Fish House in Paia), which was among the best meals we've ever had. Absolute perfection! About the property itself: The views in the VRBO posting do provide an accurate idea of what the property looks like, but I have to say it's even better than the pictures. For starters, the view is absolutely stunning! We must have taken 20 pictures just from the lanai at various times of day, with our favorites being sunrise and sunset. Inside the accommodations were very comfortable and immaculately clean; a welcoming place to kick back when we were done snorkeling for the day. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything you might need while away from home. The property grounds were relaxing and quiet even with people participating in activities. The staff was very welcoming and professional to interact with and other tenants couldn't have been more friendly. Don't miss the freshly cut sugar bananas the maintenance crew hangs by the pool every morning. The property is located just a couple blocks north of downtown Kihei, which is an excellent spot for whatever you're in the mood for - excellent snorkeling (Recommended: Ulua Beach), dive/surf shops (Recommended: Boss Frog's), restaurants (Recommended: Coconuts Fish Cafe, Nalu, and Shearwater), and shopping. All in all it was an unbelievable anniversary get away, and the property was absolutely perfect! We'll be coming back with the kids next year and we'll definitely look for this property again first. Thank you!

Lepenthouse stay

Beautiful Condo

I would highly recommend this property. My husband and I visited Maui to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The condo was very clean and had beautiful furnishings. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with its great views!!

Vicki was great to communicate with before and during our stay. We really appreciated all the beach gear (chairs, fins, snorkel, towels, etc) she provided. The location isn’t near very much so we ended up renting a car to get where we needed, but we appreciated the quietness of a noemal neighborhood
