The home is very well appointed, and the owner thought of everything. From watching the sunrise on the front porch to taking in the stunning sunset out back while grilling supper, the setting is perfect. It was a very comfortable stay; we felt like we were staying with family. The booking process was seamless, communication and responsiveness timely, and checkout was clearly stated and simple.

Magnificent Magnolia House
Applause to the builders and caretakers of such a beautiful estate! We enjoyed dining on the wrap around porch with all the beauty surrounding us. Attention to detail and period of the home was appreciated by all of us. We came to Marion Junction due to its proximity to Selma Alabama where we participated in the 60th Jubilee of the march over Pettus Bridge. Between the beauty of Magnolia House and the moving testament to those first Bridge Marchers, we all returned home with warm memories.

Spacious, Peaceful and Serene Home
My family and I had a splendid stay at The Magnolia House! We were greeted by a huge wrap around porch, vast grounds, a fire pit and many other amenities. The property also offered spacious rooms, a beautiful updated kitchen and loads of Alabama character as there were pops of Alabama history throughout the home!
Brad, our host, was communicative & responsive from the time of the booking until the completion of our stay.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Brad and May’s property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!
