We spent a weekend in this beautiful property and we felt quite at home !The house offered everything we needed away from home and Louise was extremely friendly and always attentive to our needs ! We enjoyed the peace, calm and a bit of bucolic charm that the property offers!Love seeing the goats, ducks and chickens and the fresh farm eggs in the fridge was a hit! Coffee and tea were include and a very nice touch ! Also we appreciated that the farm smells and sounds remained outside and we had a wonderful sleep!A very nice place to get away from it all!
Our stay was the most enjoyable. The house was clean and bright, with al the amenities we needed. Louise was very accommodating and responded promptly. We enjoyed watching the goats and ducks. We had dogs with us, and the property was fully fenced. We give it a 5 star review. Hope to come back next year
My daughter and I had the privilege of staying here for 5 nights. Absolutely beautiful property, fantastic hosts. Watching the goats and ducks in the pond was so fun for us since we live in a concrete jungle city. Highly recommend this little house on a hobby farm!
This was the perfect place for our family to vacation while visiting relatives on the west coast! It was spacious, quiet, and private being that it’s a standalone mobile home. It’s on a beautiful property with a lovely pond, trees, ducks, chickens, and goats. We all particularly enjoyed the animals—it was fun to see what they were up to each day and feed them our fruit scraps! The place was clean, comfortable, and affordable. We appreciated that we could have some quick meals at our home-away-from-home instead of eating out for all our meals. We would love to come back when we’re out on the west coast again, and we’ll recommend it to others we know. Thank you, Louise!

About the host
Hosted by Louise
We have lived in the Lower Mainland our whole lives and have been at our farm since 2001. We wanted ti raise our kids with the space to roam & teach them how to work hard. Farm-life definitely offered that!!!
Why they chose this property
We are 5-10 mins from Aldergrove, where there’s several small shops & grocery stores but still has that small town feel!
What makes this property unique
Unique property offers a private setting and fully fenced yard. Enjoy watching the farm animals from the privacy of the newly built deck. Sitting area on the deck offers enough space to entertain. New composite decking with aluminum & wood deck cover topped with tinted glass to offer brightness & cover. Glass & aluminum railings sets the scene for perfect viewing!
