Great place to stay in Madeira beach

The condo was fabulous, just a few steps away from the beach. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It even had beach chairs for us to use. The view was spectacular and it was a very family oriented place. Would definitely stay there again.

Retired Teacher Spring Break Trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the beach and close to the water was a plus. It was within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Great Location!!! This made for a nice spring break for three retired teachers!

My stay at !4710 Las Brasis Madeira Beach Fl

Over all the place was very nice my one complaint is there should have been instructions on how to run the tv.was not able to get a picture until 2days in to our trip .also should of had something to tell us about the restaurant in the area. Other then that the place was well stocked and very nice.

June Madeira Beach stay

Visited with my daughter and her husband with this stay at Las Brisas. We all enjoyed our time there and found the condo as advertised. Great beach - very busy though with the hot weather, water was very warm and wonderful! Lots to do around there. I would rent this again.

We had a lot of issues with this condo. We were down to one shower because there was no water pressure and you could not adjust the water temperature among other issues. Tile floors were dirty even after they came back to remop. Would never stay there again and don’t know if I’ll ever use Vrbo again to book a vacation!

Perfect for us!

Property was as advertised and very clean. Property management was very responsive to any questions. The only downfall for this location is the parking situation. If you have anyone come visit be aware they will have to park off site, other than that our experience was very positive and luckily we had GREAT weather!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

This place had the basic amenities needed to enjoy a week on the beach. We had issues with the wifi which were quickly resolved. We would stay here again! As of 7/21/22 they had 3-4 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, boogie boards and pool noodles as well as a sand bucket and softer for the kids. I realize some of these things aren’t guaranteed but thought I would mention them for anyone going there soon.

Beautiful weather. A little windy. Condo was stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful view and location. Condo furniture needs to be updated. The beds are old and not so comfortable. It was clean but the floors looked like they could use a good scrubbing and the walls painted. But we had a great time.

Mad Beach Vacation 2023

I have vacationed at Las Brisas for a few years now. The general location, proximity to shopping, food, entertainment/night life is perfect for those planning to vacation without a vehicle. I found this particular unit to be a bit outdated compared to others we have stayed in prior, and the appliances are bit older. I'd like to see a few more things added to the unit, such as additional blankets, throws, pillows, rugs (by the doorwall/entryway) and general kitchenware. However, the unit had what we needed to enjoy our week long stay.

Memorial Day stay

Overall our stay was great. Some cons.. When we got there we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness. Specifically the master bathroom. The pillows and beds are in rough shape. The pros.. towels and chairs for the beach were helpful. Balcony view was great. The beach front area was great and not crowded. Easy to reserve layout chairs from the third party business. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy to grocery stores and restaurants. Grocery carts were there to help bring groceries up the elevators which was very helpful. Our flights were cancelled but we had no problems extending our stay even with it being 10pm at night when we found out, which was a huge relief. Overall we would stay there again. But hopefully the furniture will be updated by then! Thank you for a very relaxing weekend!

Love the location of the condo. Steps from the beach..beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching right from your balcony. John’s Pass is nearby with shops and restaurants. Property management was quick to respond to our needs..Will plan to rent again in the future.

The location of the condo could not be better. The balcony overlooks the ocean. It was so nice to relax and enjoy watching the beautiful beach and passing dolphins. The condo was very roomy. I had a couple of suggestions for minor improvements and the comments were well received. It was also nice having a restaurant across the street which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for those times when we didn't want to go too far. If you are looking for a quiet getaway which is on the beach, this is the place for you.

Our stay was wonderful! Very clean! Beds were very comfortable especially the master! The big balcony was great to spend time on watching dolphins and even a manatee. Beach was amazing and not crowded. Loved our stay and hope to come back!

Nice condo

Nice condo. Could use a few improvements. Most importantly the washer needs immediate attention . There is significant mold in the washer. Needs multiple runs of straight vinegar to kill the mold. The guest bathroom smells like a sewer. There appears to be backflow when people in the other condo flushes the toilet. The toilet bubbles up when other toilets from the adjacent condo flushes. Otherwise the condo was nice and spacious and comfortable. Could use a few more trash bags. Appreciate the beach supplies.

Amazing beach location!

If you want to have a 60 second walk to the beach everyday this is the place to stay! Location is amazing for beach goers. Sunsets were awesome off the back porch. Six beach chairs and toys were a plus! Everything was as described. There really is only 1 restaurant in walking distance so if you are looking to go out on the town, this isn't the place for you. It is more of a residential area, not as touristy as Clearwater. Communication from the owners was a 10/10!!!!
