The space
Bedroom 1 - The King Suite:
The focal point of the room is the sumptuous king-size bed, adorned with plush pillows and crisp linens that invite you to sink into a restful slumber. Soft, neutral tones adorn the walls, creating a soothing backdrop that enhances the feeling of tranquility.
Along one wall, a sleek dresser with 6 drawers and an upright wardrobe provides ample storage space for your belongings. Adjacent to the dressers, is a spacious closet that offers plenty of room to hang your clothes and store your luggage, ensuring a clutter-free environment where you can truly unwind and relax.

Bedroom 2 - The Queen Suite:
The Queen bedroom suite offers a cozy and inviting ambiance. The plush queen-size bed takes center stage, dressed in soft linens and pillows to provide a comfortable haven for a peaceful night's sleep. This is a great property in a lovely neighborhood. Our host Avril was responsive and attentive. Interior appointments are comfortable and cozy. We were in PHX for surgery and recovery at this property was great. The pool and portal were wonderful for me as the caregiver and the kitchen was well appointed with a spice drawer as well. The location is 15 minutes by Uber from Barrow/St. Josephs Hospital, 10 minutes or less to multiple good restaurants, Trader Joes and Whole Foods. We would stay here again for sure.

I rented this property while I was visiting friends in the area. It was honestly a much bigger place than I needed for just myself, but it was my birthday so I splurged a bit. It was also conveniently centrally located which was nice for visiting people who live on opposite sides of town.The property was very clean and well furnished. There's ample room to relax indoors, and the pool area is well equipped and had plenty of space. There were plenty of towels and other household essentials like soap, shampoo, coffee, spices etc. The neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby so it's convenient to get anything you need while you're there.My only real nitpick is that the mattresses weren't right for me and I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked. However, I have a bad back so this is my complaint about nearly every hotel/rental property I stay in. Don't let it put you off unless you have a strong preference for extra firm mattresses.The host was very friendly and responsive, and provided detailed information to make the check in/out process nice and smooth. I think this would probably be a great option for someone traveling with a family.for someontraveling with a family.
