Located next to the Stampede Grounds and Saddledome, our condo offers easy access to all the excitement. Whether you`re in town for a concert or the world-famous Calgary Stampede, you`ll be just steps away from the action.

Our condo is also just a short walk from some of Calgary`s most iconic avenues, including 17th Ave, 10th Ave, and 8th Ave. You`ll find a fantastic array of shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues to explore, all just minutes from your doorstep.

Inside the condo, you`ll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the city and mountains. Our living area is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and features comfortable seating and a 50` Smart TV.

ID Verification and Rental Agreement are required for our property.

For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.
Arrival instructions to check in are made available only after guests complete the pre-arrival online check-in which includes a rental agreement, Security Deposit and Identification Verification. Guests who book and do not complete this step will not receive arrival instructions or a refund. These requirements are on a third-party web based platform that is easy to use and not require any apps to be downloaded. It is very nice, easy and user friendly.

Our home supplies access to the unit through a third-party application linked to the door`s lock. If guest verification steps are completed, access is provided only through the third party phone application. There is no other way to enter the home except by completing the steps mentioned above.

PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES :
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. Any remnants or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays.
7. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times.
8. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused.
10. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account.
13. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first.
14. If any items are left behind there is $50 charge for having it shipped back to you for postage and Staff time/efforts.
