Updated 2+2 apartment in an old stone house with 1 bedroom, big living room, kitchen and full bathroom. The apartment has seafront views of the Cavtat bay with nearby swimming. It has a quiet and private courtyard, 2 level terraces in the back, landscaped with mediterranean plants and outdoor furniture. It is a perfect place for rest in the shade. The entire house was fully renovated 2015 year, with modern conveniences and furniture, while using traditional materials to preserve its historic character. The bedroom has a large bed, with 2 twin-sized mattresses joined together and a wardrobe closet. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven and a small table for 2. The living room has a dining table for 6, a queen-sized futon/sofa (sleeps 2), one sized futon/chair (sleeps 1) and a wardrobe closet. There is a bathroom with shower. The kitchen and bathroom face the courtyard terrace and back entrance. The living room and bedroom have seafront views.
The apartment offers free WI-Fi, air conditioning, a flat screen TV with satellite channels.

Beautiful seafront apartment

Very comfortable, beautifully restored apartment with great views of the port where there are regular water taxis and boat trips to nearby islands and Dubrovnik. There is a really good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity - fresh fish, seafood, pasta... at reasonable prices. Very helpful host who really cared about our experience and answered any questions we had. Will definitely return!

Tranquil Seaside Apartment

This property and hosts exceeded my expectations. The lovely mix of old and modern made for a comfortable relaxing stay in Cavtat. The Apartment was very clean and well appointed with necessary items. The patio and sun deck were great for having morning coffee, sunbathing and cooling off on hot days. The views are lovely. Fabulous!

Just opening the windows every morning was pure joy. The view is nothing short of magnificent. The apartment is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with everything one needs. Staying in one of the old traditional stone houses was a true privilege. The outside spaces are lovely esp the top terrace at sunset. Perfect location. No noise when one closes the windows at night. The owners - the whole family were incredibly kind and hospitable. We will certainly come back to this gem!

Superb Apartment in a lovely location

We spent 4 days in this superb apartment and it is in the perfect spot on the seafront. There are 2 apartments in the building and we stayed in the bigger of the two with a big double bed and a pull out double sofa bed. We have stayed in properties in the past that are up and out of the main centre and it's a bit of a slog back up the hill at the end of the night. This is the perfect place to walk back to, having had a lovely big evening meal, you can have a nightcap in the bar downstairs and be back in your apartment in seconds. It is spotlessly clean, smart, well decorated and your views over the sea are beautiful. Everything is like new, great shower, comfy bed, air-con, Wi-Fi and it has a choice of 2 patio's with plenty of chairs and sunbeds outside. You have also got a washer, dryer, iron etc. in a separate utility room outside. There was a bit of noise from the bars and restaurants below it was no problem for us at all. It was a pleasure meeting Kate the owner, she is a really lovely lady, communicating with her before we came was so easy and she very kindly picked up from the airport and dropped us back on our last day. Nothing was too much trouble. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! If you are looking for a high quality place in the centre of Cavtat, don't hesitate to give this apartment a go, you won't regret it.

A place with character , charm and LOCATION.

This apartment is charming, immaculate, well equipped (with some staples left in the refrigerator as well as a bottle of wine) and the perfect location to explore the area. The view from the windows was breathtaking Visiting Dubrovnik was easy but don’t pass up on a nice quiet day exploring in Cavtat. Take advantage of the walking paths,some history and the tranquility. The washer and dryer were a plus. Do be prepared for some steps to the apartment that have no railing. If you have a mobility issue it can be a challenge. Staying right in the midst of the restaurants /cafes does have its pros and cons. The convenience and choices are literally downstairs . However it does get a bit noisy at night ( especially if you are jet lagged and want to go to sleep early, as we did the first night). BUT it was remedied by closing the windows and turning on the A/C. Of course ,we didn’t want to close the windows because it was so beautiful to watch the sunset and admire the view!!!! We would highly recommend this beautifully restored apartment and would return.

A wonderful place to stay!

This is the perfect apartment to rent i Cavtat. Modern, charming, fully equipped and with an excellent location on the seafront downtown. Hosts provide excellent service and are so nice and helpful. This is our second time in Apartments Seafront, and we are sure to come back! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay ;-)

A magic experience in a beautiful Croatian town

We are 2 families of friends travelling every summer to a new destination and last year was Croatia and Montenegro. First time in that area, although we arrived late at the Dubrovnik airport a transfer was organised for us and in less than 15 mn we reached our apartments in Cavtat. Being 4 adults and 4 children we rented both apartments and it worked out really well. Entirely renovated in the traditional Croatian style, the place looks amazing and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Every evening after we had dinner in one of the restaurants below the apartments, we would put the kids to bed and stayed outside in the backyards enjoying a drink together on the terrace. Instead of driving to Dubrovnik you can take a boat. It is an half an hour journey starting on the waterfront right below the apartment with departures every 2 to 3 hours in summer. We took the boat trip at sunset to arrive in Dubrovnik right on time for dinner: an amazing experience. Cavtat is a very beautiful fishermen village that offers a good selection of bars and restaurants, beaches and seafront walks. It is located near Dubrovnik but far enough you can stay away from the crowds and enjoy a truly authentic Croatian holiday. Kate has been a wonderful hostess explaining us what to do and answering all questions we had about the area. She is reachable all the time and very reactive. We already recommended this property to friends who came and loved it just like we did. The best way to discover Dubrovnik and its area with family and friends.
