Located in the quite part of the medieval Old Town just 50 meters away from the main street Stradun
The house has been new renovated and the result is a combination of modern & rustic, retaining many charming features typical in Dalmatian houses.
In the vicinity you will find many souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacy at the entrance of the street.

recently renewed house and has 70 square meters.

The house consist of a living room with sofa bed for 2 with dining room, a wide 2 bedrooms each with own bathroom, an equipped kitchen, parquet floor and a bathroom. Just furnished and very modern.

We do offer free Wi-Fi, Satellite channels on fleet screen TV, air conditioning. Washing machine. House is on 2 floors plus entrance in on the groundfloor.

Enjoy in the stunning view from the dinning / living room to the bell tower and numerous churches in the heart of the ancient Old Town.

In the vicinity you will find many souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacy at the entrance of the street.

Popular beach Banje is just few hundreds meter away and can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

It is also only 100 meters away from the Old City port where you can embark in the ferry for the Island Lokrum and also are available excursions to the nearest city Cavtat.

Great place, great location

Wonderful house in Old Town. Our host gave us step by step instructions with photos to make it easy to find and check in. Tons of space on 3 floors, with air conditioning, 2 full baths, and a washing machine. Everything was clean and well kept, and the location was fantastic for seeing everything in Old Town.

This apartment was in the best part of town as we could walk to everything. The apartment had a beautiful layout with everyone having their own space. The apartment was absolutely spotless.

Beautiful Dubrovnik place

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. The Vrbo we rented was exactly as advertised. The host was very accommodating with our airport transfers and the house had a beautiful view of the city. The two bedrooms and living room/ kitchen were very spacious and clean. The livingroom rollaway couch was also very comfortable!! Thank you for such a nice stay!!

The apartment was very clean and functional. It is right in the old town and very close to many good restaraunts. The owners are very friendly and accomadating.. Stairs are a fact of life in Dubrovnik and this apartment is on the top 3 floors of an historic stone building so some might find the stairs difficult. Great view from the kitchen window!

Perfect place to stay in old town Dubrovnik

Family visited Croatia for the first time. The apartment was lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed.. Maro checked us in and was great. He advised us which gate to come in. He gave us lots of information about the area. He was open to any questions we had. There are a lot of steps. One of our family members has a little more difficulty walking, but was able to manage them. Would definitely stay again if we came back.
