Juliette @Serendip Vacation Condos

Aptly named, Juliette is a charming and romantic Cruz Bay studio rental unit at Serendip Vacation Condos, a small 10-unit complex. It is located on the garden level in the upper building. Enjoy the gorgeous expansive water views that capture spectacular nightly sunsets over Pillsbury Sound & St. Thomas.

The living area provides a Tempurpedic california king-sized bed, queen size futon, dining table, and flat screen TV with cable. The updated kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. For your comfort, the studio unit is also air conditioned.

Relax by the pool while using the BBQ grill to cook meals. Complete your day by kicking back on the spacious veranda, which provides a plush love seat and chair and a dining table for four.

Enjoy the shared pool and BBQ grill on our spacious deck with great sunset views! The property also features parking, onsite laundry, and a solar and battery backup power system.

Your host lives on-site and is available to assist in making your St. John stay a memorable experience.

Our condos are located just minutes from Cruz Bay and have amazing sunset views!

A four wheel drive vehicle is recommended to explore our beautiful island. Free parking is available at Serendip. Cab service is available.

A wonderful stay

Wonderful stay! Nice location close to the action of Cruz Bay but far enough away to be totally quiet and peaceful. We walked into town a few nights and the walk back up the hill is far more challenging, but worth it for us not to worry about where to park. Matt was great and super helpful, and the free snorkel gear made life easy. Included Beach chairs, towels and cooler are wonderful amenities. We stayed in the Juliet Studio which was spacious and well suited for 2 adults.

Accommodation Perfection

Our family of three had the best stay at the Juliette at Serendip. Our first time in St. John, and we weren’t sure what to expect, but Serendip exceeded expectations. The kitchen is better stocked with all needs than our own home. The pool is just feet away, beaches just a few miles. Matt is a responsive and helpful. Resident animals (peaches and iguanas) were fun to watch and the amenities made everything very comfortable and saved us money (chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, etc.

Such a great set-up for exploring St John!

Great views from your condo after a day of exploring - the scenery while grilling out was stunning! Well-stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals and Matt was very responsive if anything was needed. We loved that Serendip had everything needed for a beach day - chairs, umbrella, coolers, ice pak, floaties, towels, etc. No need to pack or buy that stuff after traveling so far! Serendip is a great launch spot for beaches, a quick taxi ride to town for a night out, and plenty of rental car parking for your Jeep. We would love to get back someday soon.

A Serene Stay At Serendip

We had an incredible experience in the Juliette suite at Serendip! The studio and patio were both very spacious and came with everything you could need - towels, beach equipment, first aid kit, a safe, kitchen necessities, etc. The two of us stayed 5 nights and had plenty of room to feel comfortable for that amount of time. The pool comes in handy for evenings as the island can be pretty sleepy, and the nature (iguanas and hummingbirds in the trees, lizards all around, Peaches the cat) was serene and stunning. Matt was very attentive to any questions we had! We didn’t rent a Jeep so taxis started to rack up as you are not right downtown in Cruz Bay plus can’t walk up the hill the property is on (Jacob’s Ladder), but nothing too crazy. Only feedback is the space could’ve used a full length mirror. Otherwise, Serendip was a dream!
